General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, March 24, tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will cross paths with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) at GH.
Brook Lynn will hint about not having something figured out yet, so she might mean her co-parenting arrangement with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Since Brook Lynn wants to use her baby as an ELQ bargaining chip, she has to play this just right.
Brook Lynn will get updates on Maxie’s own “baby daddy” concerns now that Maxie has accepted the truth about Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Wednesday’s episode will bring some sweet support from Brook Lynn as well as Lucas Jones (Matt Trudeau).
They’ll step up to make Maxie feel a little better as she copes with all the Peter craziness.
In the meantime, it looks like Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) may visit Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in lockup and announce that there’s been a development.
Based on Jordan’s expression in Wednesday’s GH preview video, it doesn’t look like it’ll be a positive one! Jason may get some bad news about the investigation and the murder case that’s building against him.
Naturally, it’s also possible this will be a development in Marcus Taggert’s (Real Andrews) case. Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) will end up visiting Taggert, who’ll hope his daughter can find a way to forgive him for his faked death deception.
Jason and Taggert will spend some time together behind bars within the next episode or two, so stay tuned to see what they have to say to each other.
Over with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), they’ll reflect on the past and share some of their similar experiences. Portia will talk about how they both see the bigger picture now, so it sounds like there’ll be a lot of talk about growing and changing.
As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll confuse Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) when he reveals they’ve got something to celebrate. Charlotte will wonder what her papa’s talking about, so Valentin will apparently admit that a little brother or sister is on the way.
It’ll be interesting to see how Charlotte reacts to Valentin’s huge shocker. Will Charlotte be delighted by the idea of a younger sibling – or jealous at the thought of sharing Valentin? Will the fact that Valentin’s having this baby with someone other than Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) be a problem?
Regardless, Valentin will have a lot of explaining to do – on a kid-friendly level of course. At The Tan-O, Nina will continue her phone call to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), but Carly will inadvertently self-sabotage.
If Carly would just shut up and listen, then Nina would tell her that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is alive and well in Nixon Falls. Unfortunately, Carly couldn’t keep her mouth shut if her life depended on it!
It looks like Carly will end up lashing out over the idea that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) just planted in her head instead. Ava argued that Nina could go after her rights as Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Erik and Theo Olson) grandmother in the state of New York.
Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) confirmed grandparents indeed have rights there and that it was especially true when one of the parents was dead. Carly may spout all this off to Nina as she threatens her over the phone.
“But you need to think about the consequences before you do something drastic,” Carly declares in Wednesday’s preview video.
Nina will change her mind about spilling to Carly – perhaps partly because of Carly’s attitude and partly because it’d hurt her chances of scoring rights to her grandson.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will keep wrestling with this Sonny survival secret in the coming episodes, but she’ll convince herself that it’s the right thing to do.
Sonny initially thought Nina was the mystery blonde from his dreams, but Nina later insisted she wasn’t. Even so, Nina was kind to “Mike,” who seemed to really enjoy chatting with her.
On Wednesday, Sonny will tell someone that you just have to live in the moment. Maybe Nina will be the one who hears that and agrees that it’s good advice.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina and Sonny will do plenty of bonding in the coming weeks, so Nina will be playing a dangerous game!
Next, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will reflect on everything she’s lost. That includes Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Violet Finn (Jophielle Love), though Finn promised he wouldn’t stand in the way of Anna’s continued relationship with his daughter.
Still, things are going to be different now – and that’s just something Anna will have to accept. Anna will also think about how far Peter has fallen and wish that relationship could’ve turned out differently, too. Sadly, Peter isn’t Anna’s son, nor is he anything that resembles a good person.
Anna will have to deal with all the losses she’s faced lately and figure out how to move forward, but it won’t be an easy task. General Hospital spoilers say some bombshells are still to come in Peter’s storyline, so Anna had better brace for them!
