General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, March 3, tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will extend an olive branch, but Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have plenty to say about that.
Michael might make an effort to reach out to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and smooth things over since Carly had a problem with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Erik and Theo Olson) first visit with his new grandma.
Of course, it’s also possible Michael’s olive branch will be for Carly since he knows she wasn’t a fan of the grandma time he gave Nina. Whatever the case, Carly will think it’s healthier for everyone involved to take a step back right now.
Michael might wonder if Carly really wants him to deprive Nina of a relationship with her grandson, but Carly might argue that it’s only until things settle down.
Meanwhile, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will be glad Nina finally knows the truth about her daughter, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). Although it’s painful, at least Nina has answers to questions she’s been dwelling on for years.
As Nina continues trying to come to grips with Nelle’s death, she’ll make it clear that no one’s going to keep her from Wiley.
Nina will rant about Carly thinking she can run the show, but there’ll be something Nina absolutely refuses to do – and that might be let Carly force her out of Wiley’s life.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will address the crowd at the double wedding she just crashed.
Liesl will argue that new evidence has come to light – and she’ll want to make sure everyone knows about it, including Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
GH fans can’t forget that Liesl broke in Peter and Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) apartment, which brought the discover of the message Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) left behind.
Obrecht’s bound to drop the bomb that Alex is Peter’s true mother in Wednesday’s episode.
There’s a good chance Liesl will use it as proof that Peter doesn’t have a good side – that he’s nothing but dark like his parents, Alex and Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).
Maxie will flip out on Liesl and insist she should tell Peter that it’s a lie. She’ll try to act like Obrecht must be making up this Alex mom shocker as part of the plan to derail the wedding.
However, Peter can always look at the flash drive for himself if he wants proof – and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) isn’t going to deny the truth once confronted with it anyway.
It’ll dawn on Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) that Anna knew all along, so he’ll be hurt that she lied to him about the genetic testing results and kept the secret all this time.
Afterward, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will step up to comfort Finn, so that’ll probably bring a conversation about secrets and the damage they can do.
Chase experienced that firsthand with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), but he’s grateful that he’s getting a second chance. Perhaps Chase will urge Finn to listen to Anna’s side of the story and give her another chance, too.
Of course, Finn came clean to Anna about Chase potentially being his biological son, but he’s still keeping that news from Chase as well as Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison).
The fact that Finn’s hiding such a huge secret of his own from two people he loves could affect how he proceeds with Anna.
As for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll note that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) doesn’t seem surprised about Liesl’s presence in town. It’ll become apparent to Sam that Dante already knew Obrecht was back in Port Charles, so Dante may admit to working with her.
In the meantime, Peter will have a major showdown with Anna. General Hospital spoilers say Peter will score Anna’s confession, so his world will be turned upside down over the updates regarding Alex being his true mother!
CDL will have lots of other General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to read up on, so make us your GH hotspot.
