General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, March 31 Update – Alexis’ Three-Year Prison Sentence – Carly Fights Back

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, March 31, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will push Gladys Corbin’s (Bonnie Burroughs) buttons. Carly will provoke Gladys and get her ready for the next phase of the plan, which Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will take the lead on.

Since Gladys feels entitled and wants respect, that’ll be a factor in this plot Carly and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) have joined forces on. General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will butter Gladys up following her faceoff with Carly.

Perhaps Valentin will complain about how Carly treated Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and entice Gladys with the promise of the finer things she loves so much.

Valentin will hope he can earn Gladys’ trust and somehow set the stage for her to turn on Peter August (Wes Ramsey). If Gladys implicates Peter in Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) murder, it could lead to Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) freedom and Peter facing justice.

Speaking of justice, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will let the judge know she’s remorseful and prepared for what’s next. Alexis has weighed her options and is firmly convinced that a guilty plea is the right choice.

The judge will want to make sure Alexis knows what she’s doing, but Alexis will understand and be ready for her punishment.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will go to bat for Alexis when he gets up on the stand. He’ll admit he’s forgiven Alexis and is hoping the court will show the same mercy.

General Hospital spoilers say Dante will make a compelling argument as the victim, but Alexis still has a substantial prison stint in her future. She’ll end up getting three years in Pentonville and will begin her sentence next week.

Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will hate the idea of her mom being locked up for so long. This means plenty of missed holidays and family moments. Not to mention Pentonville is a rough place!

Molly will have good reasons to worry about Alexis’ physical, mental and emotional well-being, but TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will console her as best as he can.

Back with Carly, she’ll clash with Peter following her Gladys showdown. Peter will threaten Carly by asking if she really wants to start a fight with him. Peter certainly won’t think it’s wise, but Carly will likely make it clear that she’s not afraid of Peter.

Carly will make this bold move and trust that Jason will score his freedom at the end of all this.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Anna will have some updates for Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Robert may have some concerns about Anna and Carly’s plan, which they’ve brought Valentin in on.

Robert will probably see the potential for it to go wrong, but Anna will feel like they have to try something! She’ll also want Robert to postpone something, so that may be related to Jason’s case.

Gladys needs to recant her statement against Jason and help take Peter down instead, but it’ll take some time and work to put all the right pieces in place. Robert may not be able to cause any delays, but perhaps he can try!

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will want to carefully map out a plan of her own, but she’ll need Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) help to make it happen. Britt will seem fearful, but Maxie will have total faith in their ability to rise to the challenge.

GH fans may not learn all the details just yet, but Maxie will strategize with Britt over the next couple episodes. This is all building to the fake death of Maxie’s baby – at least if her plan pans out.

Britt and Maxie will take a step toward the outcome they want soon enough.

As for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll have questions about why Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) made himself right at home at Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) loft.

Jordan will explain that Taggert is her responsibility since she spoke up for him in court. She has to keep an eye on Taggert while he’s out on bail, so they’re going to be roomies for a while.

Curtis will be rather uneasy about another guy living with Jordan. Since Curtis is still Jordan’s husband for now, he’ll battle jealousy and may end up lashing out. For Curtis, it may seem like Taggert always comes first!

General Hospital spoilers say Curtis and Jordan seem to be on the verge of a divorce, so stay tuned to see how they handle the tough blows ahead. CDL will have other thrilling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so stop by regularly.
