General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, May 12 – Sam Helps Jason Get Away – Britt Confesses Terminal Illness

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, May 12, tease that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will make an official decision about his return to the PCPD. Now that Dante’s had a little taste of doing police work again, he’s no doubt finding it easier to get back in the game.

Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will welcome Detective Falconeri back to the force, but there won’t be time to stop and celebrate. Dante just got a possible lead on Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), so he’ll want to follow up on that soon enough.

Meanwhile, Britt will come clean to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about her secret illness. Jason saw Britt’s shaky hand and insisted she could tell him whatever she’s hiding.

Although Jason will feel like he might be able to help, Britt just won’t think so. “If this is what I think it is, no one can protect me,” Britt says in Wednesday’s GH preview video.

Jason may remind Britt that she warned him not to die on her. He could easily give Britt that same warning and suggest they should make a pact to stay alive.

When all this is over, Jason may think Britt can look into a proper diagnosis and pursue experimental treatments for her condition if need be.

For now, General Hospital spoilers say the goal will just be surviving on the run! There could be a close call since that lead Dante got will most likely point to this Cassadine barn, but Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) may help them avoid getting apprehended.

While on the phone in a car, Sam will admit she could help Jason get away. Perhaps Sam will be the reason Jason and Britt are able to flee.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have some advice for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Joss will still seem glum as Carly insists her daughter will have to make a choice.

Carly may push Josslyn to fully forgive Cameron Webber (William Lipton) unless she wants to lose her best friend.

Then again, this might tie in with Josslyn’s derailed volleyball and college plans. There’s no point in wallowing in the misery of what might’ve been when Joss could still have a bright future. Whatever the case, Carly will pass along some words of wisdom and hope Josslyn finds a positive path forward.

As for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), she’ll be upset when Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) crosses paths with her. Ava will encourage Trina to confide in her, so Trina might bring up the tension in her group of friends.

However, this could end up being more about the fact that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is growing closer to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

Trina didn’t look happy about the close moment she witnessed between Curtis and Portia recently. Since it looks like Trina will spot another scene of Curtis and Portia bonding, she may admit she’s not a fan of the pairing.

Perhaps part of Trina was hoping that her parents would get back together – and she’d like to see Curtis reunite with Jordan as well.

However, Ava may point out that love is messy and unpredictable. Trina can’t change how anyone feels in this scenario, so the best thing she can do is support Portia and everyone else involved – just as she’d want to be supported.

As for Curtis, he’ll assure Portia that she’s got a spot at the top of the list. It sounds like Curtis will discuss plans for The Savoy and will flirt with Portia as he promises her a table.

Back with Ava, she’ll meet up with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) for another conversation that’s presumably about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). “He’s about to meet my father’s side of the family,” Nikolas tells Ava in Wednesday’s General Hospital preview clip.

Cyrus can push around Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and those on her side of the family, but this may be Nikolas’ way of warning that the Cassadine side can hold their own against Cyrus’ threat.

CDL will have lots of other hot General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to read up on, so check back often.
