General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, May 26, tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will strip down for passion while Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) turns Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) gun on him. Cyrus will be ready to kill the traitor, so let’s talk about all the action that’s coming up.
For starters, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will land in a tight spot. Spinelli grips his laptop tightly in Wednesday’s GH preview video and nervously says, “Greetings and salutations.”
It looks like Spinelli may find himself facing some of Cyrus’s armed guards, so he may have to talk himself out of trouble.
Meanwhile, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will worry things are getting too dangerous. She’ll tell Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) that they have to take Cyrus out, but Nikolas may warn that they’ll have to be smart about it.
Nikolas may indeed have a deadly takedown plan, but the time may not be right to pull the trigger on it.
Brando is already in the process of threatening Cyrus’ life since his boss tried to force him to kill Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs). Cyrus insisted Gladys was going to die by someone and figured it should be Brando since he’d make it as painless as possible.
Cyrus warned that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson) would die along with her unborn child if Brando refused to cooperate, so that left Brando in a bind. Brando held the gun on Gladys before turning it on Cyrus, but he won’t get the chance to shoot and kill Cyrus on Wednesday.
Cyrus will end up with the gun again instead, so he’ll point it at his driver and regret to inform Brando that he failed his final test. We know Brando will survive this scary encounter, so it seems someone will stop Cyrus before he can pump a fatal bullet.
Despite Carly’s phone orders for Spinelli to get out of there, maybe he’ll find a way around the guard drama and create a distraction.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will get settled in following his release from the hospital. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will want to make sure Chase is OK, but Willow will be the one Chase is worried about.
Perhaps Chase will fret over making Willow uncomfortable since he’ll be living there along with Willow’s former husband and the father of her child.
Of course, Chase doesn’t know that Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) still intend to have a future together, so he won’t truly grasp the depth of how awkward this whole situation is. Even so, Chase will certainly hope he can find a way to make this transition easy and pleasant.
Over with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), she’ll blast Michael over what she views as a disaster waiting to happen.
Brook Lynn may object to Chase moving in for a variety of reasons, including Michael’s feelings for Willow and the secret baby scheme she needs to pull off. Having a detective around isn’t exactly ideal!
Brook Lynn may have lingering concerns about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) staying at the Q mansion as well, but Valentin will insist everything’s coming together. He’ll look forward to the birth of Brook Lynn’s baby, but GH fans know that baby doesn’t really exist!
It’s Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) baby that Brook Lynn intends to bring home when the time comes.
Valentin will watch Brook Lynn closely and make it tough for her to move forward with her part in the Beechers Corners plan. However, there’s been a major snag anyway since Nurse “Chloe Jennings” (Kimberly J. Brown) just injected Maxie with a drug to knock her out.
Britt will battle concerns about Maxie in Canada, but she’ll mostly wind up living in the here and now with Jason. Viewers just saw a kiss between Jason and Britt, but things are about to escalate in a steamy way.
“Are you sure about this?” Britt asks as she pulls a shirtless Jason closer in Wednesday’s preview video, ready to make passionate love.
It looks like Britt and Jason will let their passion erupt, so stay tuned to see where their romance goes from here. In the meantime, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will feel stuck in Elijah Crowe’s (Dan White) clutches, so Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had better hurry up to save her!
