General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of April 19-23 tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will decide to pay a visit to Pentonville for a meeting with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). This may involve a new plan to make sure Peter August (Wes Ramsey) goes down for killing Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).
Now that Peter has poisoned Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’s once again proved he’s a dangerous threat who needs to be locked up as soon as possible. Things will be tricky due to Peter’s control of the antidote, but Anna will be determined to resolve this one way or another.
Meanwhile, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will push Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) buttons while Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) leans on Marcus Taggert (Asante Jones) for support.
As for Cameron Webber (William Lipton), he’ll reach out to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and hope they can patch things up.
Cameron and Joss may not be on the same page when it comes to Jason’s guilt, but Cam won’t want to let the distance between them remain. Josslyn is a good friend of Cameron’s – and they really need to be enjoying this time together before their upcoming graduation.
Cameron will do his best to reconnect with Joss and agree to disagree on the topic of Jason. However, Scott Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will hope he can steer Cameron in the right direction when it comes to who Franco’s true murderer is.
Scott no longer believes Franco was killed by Jason, so he may work to show Cameron that it had to have been Peter instead.
In Nixon Falls, Elijah Crowe (Dan White) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have a showdown. The tension between them will get worse by the day, so it’ll all explode into a fierce faceoff soon enough.
Back in Port Charles, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will spend some time at Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) grave while Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) ponders a new career move. Molly will rely on TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) guidance as she considers her options.
Next, General Hospital spoilers say Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will wind up facing some unfortunate circumstances. Jax will land in the wrong place at exactly the wrong moment, so that could easily lead to some sort of danger or trouble.
After Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) takes steps to steal Florence Grey (Annie Abbott) back from the safe house, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will express her disappointment. Whether Nikolas succeeds or fails, Laura and Carly will stand firmly against this plan.
Afterward, Carly will form a new strategy that Jason disapproves of, but there won’t be much he can do as long as he’s stuck behind bars.
Across town, GH spoilers say Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will blow his top, so could he figure out that Anna’s been keeping secrets about Chase?
Chase will survive and begin his recovery, but Finn might lash out if he determines Anna withheld info about Peter and the antidote at a critical juncture.
It could prove Finn’s point about how things will never work between them when they can’t trust each other. Naturally, that’d mean Finn’s fury would explode over Peter’s actions as well.
Anna will stun Maxie with a confession later, so this could involve updates on the poison plot and the failed plan that went down in Anna’s basement.
Since Anna will have a few other tricks up her sleeve, she may assure Maxie that it’s handled. Anna has been concerned for Maxie’s safety, so she might add that Maxie doesn’t need to pull whatever stunt she’s got in store.
Maxie intends to fake her baby’s death, but she should leave Anna in the dark and keep her scheme with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) in place.
Back with Chase, he’ll go from feeling unsure about his future with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to feeling certain that it’s going to be a bright one.
Despite Willow’s recent decision to be with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), it seems she’ll reverse that decision for now and concentrate on Chase, in essence cancelling Michael!
Finally, General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will want assistance from Curtis.
This will be about gaining information regarding Nina, so will Curtis be willing to come out of PI retirement briefly or will he tell Valentin he’s on his own? Either way, it sounds like Valentin will want to track Nina down as soon as possible.
