General Hospital spoilers preview reveals that the week of December 20 will feature the characters celebrating the holidays. However, it’s not jolly and cheerful for everyone. The preview teases Laura Collins (Genie Francis) facing Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), which has an unexpected outcome. Plus, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is determined to ruin Christmas.
Nina Reeves’ Court Hearing
GH spoilers reveal that it’s time for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to face the music. As she prepares to face the judge and her accusers, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is doing what she can to keep her niece out of prison.
Expect Obrecht to share some information with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) as well as have a confrontation with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
Scott’s head is going to spin when he learns that Nina and Sonny had a romance in Nixon Falls.
Of course, Obrecht thinks this could help keep Nina out of prison, but she also doesn’t want to jeopardize their relationship. Once the bombshell comes out, there will be plenty of fallout.
In the preview, we see Nina in court and she looks stunned. It should be noted that Carly’s jaw drops in the courtroom as she faces a shocker. It is also teased that Nina “dances on a very thin line” with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
GH Spoilers: Facing Cyrus Renault
Laura will visit Cyrus in prison, who is elated to see her. However, Laura isn’t there for a friendly visit. Laura accuses Cyrus of sending someone to kill her and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight).
Cryus appears to be shocked and claims he’s innocent. Then, Cyrus drops a bombshell that leads Laura to realize that she’s on someone else’s hit list.
Victor Cassadine’s Threat
General Hospital spoilers reveal that the preview shows Victor and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) exchanging some words. Victor issues an ominous threat and says danger still lurks behind every corner.
The GH Twitter account teased that Victor is determined to ruin everyone’s holiday. So, what does he have planned and what will be the fallout?

Other scenes in the weekly preview show Sonny and Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) talking when Nina suddenly walks in. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is celebrating the Christmas holiday with loved ones. Santa and his elves spread holiday cheer at the hospital.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is talking to someone when she suddenly spins around, as if someone unexpectedly walks in behind her.
Although there will be danger and bombshells, there will also be some holiday cheer. After all, it is Christmas, so it can’t be all doom and gloom in Port Charles.
