General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of March 29-April 2 tease that we’ll see some risky schemes and difficult tasks. First, let’s talk about Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) dangerous plan, which she’ll team up with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) on.
Carly will be invested in making sure Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is cleared when it comes to Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) murder. Anna believes Peter August (Wes Ramsey) had far more of a motive to kill Franco, so she’ll be on Carly’s side in the pursuit of justice.
Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will worry about what Anna’s cooking up and may warn her not to put herself in harm’s way. You really can’t be too careful when it comes to Peter!
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) knows that all too well, which is why she’ll work on a plan of her own and try to make sure her baby stays protected. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will come together for a brainstorming session with Maxie in the week ahead.
Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will take responsibility for her actions in court. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will be there for Alexis along with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), who’ll hope Alexis might reconsider her guilty plea.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will also push for a change of heart, but Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will think Alexis is making the right call.
By facing her punishment, Alexis is accepting that she needs help and forcing herself to get on a better path.
If that means doing time at Pentonville, then so be it. General Hospital spoilers say Alexis will indeed be thrown in prison, so we’ll see if facing the music pays off for her in the long run.
As for Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), they’ll get a major warning. It sounds like it’ll be time for Ava’s next “gift” – and this time, it’ll be darker and more disturbing. Nikolas and Ava have to get to the bottom of who’s threatening them ASAP.
Over with Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney), she’ll blast Peter for turning her private paternity problems into a public spectacle.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will also have a tense encounter with Finn, but neither one of them should realize Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) messed with the paternity test results – not yet anyway.
Finn and Chase really need to get that second paternity test going at Mercy Hospital so they can find out they’re still brothers! Elsewhere, Cyrus will hope Jason accepts his deal of freedom in exchange for getting Florence Grey (Annie Abbott) back.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will also get an offer that could mean restoring peace in Port Charles – at least temporarily. GH spoilers say Cyrus will want a genuine sibling relationship with Laura, but she’ll turn him down flat!
However, Laura will give the idea some more thought and may decide it’s what she has to do for the sake of all PC residents. If Mayor Collins can do something to promote safety, it’s in her best interest to do it.
Finally, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will face some guilt over leaving Carly in the dark on Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) survival. As a way to cope with that guilt, Nina will tell herself she’s doing Sonny a favor.
Nina may feel like Sonny has a nice life away from the mob and danger he’d be facing back in Port Charles.
What’s to stop Cyrus from killing Sonny the second he returns to PC? Nina will feel like “Mike” is a better person and safer in Pennsylvania, so she’ll convince herself her secret isn’t so bad. We’ll provide updates as other GH news becomes available.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina should live to regret keeping her mouth shut about Sonny’s survival status, so stay tuned to watch this blow up in her face sooner or later! CDL will have other terrific General Hospital spoilers, news and updates, so pop back in frequently.
