General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of May 3-7 tease that some surprises are coming up in Port Charles. Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will prepare to host a family dinner, so that could be something Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) becomes part of.
Cyrus may want a seat at the table so he can bond with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), but there’ll be more clashing between these siblings in the week ahead. Later, Cyrus will hope to take care of one last piece of unfinished business.
That may involve the five families meeting, but Cyrus won’t count on Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) organization having any representation without Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in the picture.
Jason should be in hiding with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) by then, but GH spoilers say Carly will make a splash with her presence.
It sounds like Carly will step up in Jason’s absence, which may be why Cyrus’ fury will explode during the week of May 3-7. As for Britt, she’ll assure Jason of her commitment to helping him – no matter what the legal consequences might be.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will exhibit some behavior that leaves Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) confused. Will Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) do something to come between them?
Sasha might pull away due to a move by Gladys or even Cyrus since he’ll become jealous of Sasha’s bond with Brando soon.
Next on General Hospital, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will contemplate making a huge change to her life. Could that involve getting a place of her own in Nixon Falls and planting real roots there?
Could Nina seriously consider starting a relationship with “Mike” aka Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?
While Nina mulls over her future, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will grow concerned about Carly. He won’t be able to get in touch with his ex, so that’s troubling since this will apparently be right after the five families meeting. Will Cyrus go after Carly in retaliation?
Carly will miss Sonny big time due to a jam she lands in, so we’ll see if Cyrus resorts to kidnapping or some other twisted plot. Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will get an SOS call, so it’ll be nice to see Spinelli back in action!
General Hospital fans won’t want to miss the excitement once Spinelli gets to work.
Over with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she’ll hit the roof over some huge news. Liz’s emotions will be out of control, so she may find out Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is responsible for Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) death.
Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will end up delivering an apology to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), so he may back off the Jason murder accusations and believe Peter’s guilty, too.
As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll make a dangerous decision that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is unsure about.
Anna already insisted she’d kill Peter if she had to, so she might decide that’s what it’s going to take. Will Valentin worry about Anna battling regrets or perhaps not being able to go through with it?
If Anna hesitates and lets Peter get the upper hand, it could have terrible consequences. Anna’s safety will be the priority, so Valentin will express his fears.
Finally, Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) plan will hit a huge roadblock. She’ll stick to her scheme with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), but they may both realize this is going to be harder than they thought.
Peter will put a plan of his own in motion, so Maxie and Brook Lynn will have to be careful.
