General Hospital Spoilers: Week of November 1 Update – Carly’s Old Foe Returns – Harmony Pressures Alexis – Peter’s Drew Problem

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of November 1-5 teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) old foe will return while Peter August (Wes Ramsey) faces a big Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) problem. Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) will also pressure Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), so let’s talk about what’s coming up.

For starters, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will leap into action on Cassadine Island. They’ll be on a mission to save Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), but Liesl will be busy saving herself!

After Peter shares his plan to manipulate Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) through mind control, he’ll insist Liesl’s going to help him.

Obrecht will stall and distract Peter until she can finally make a quick getaway. Unfortunately, there’ll be more hurdles waiting for Liesl once she escapes Peter’s clutches.

Back with Britt, it looks like she could face some minor injuries after a setback on this mission, but she’ll try to bounce back fast. Jason may go after Peter in the meantime, but what about programmed Drew?

Drew may prove to be a formidable foe thanks to his conditioning, but he’ll also keep fighting to break through it. Peter will land in a stunning situation eventually, so he may worry that brainwashing isn’t going to stick!

Back in Port Charles, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will blast Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) for ordering Hayden Barnes’ (Rebecca Budig) murder. Nikolas won’t confess, but he won’t need to as far as Spencer’s concerned.

Nikolas’ guilt will be written all over his face, so Spencer will essentially disown his father before stomping off.

Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) will have a chance to unleash his wrath on Nikolas next, but Nikolas may remind Shawn that Alexis’ pardon is at stake.

At Spring Ridge, Harmony will get updates on the deal that’s been offered to Alexis. She’ll urge Alexis to take the fresh start – if not for Alexis’ sake, then for the sake of the people she loves.

As for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), she’ll stop Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) from blabbing to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and will face an ultimatum soon after.

Gladys will push Brook Lynn to get Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) off her back or else she’ll intend to blow Brook Lynn out of the water.

Maxie won’t be a problem since she’s in up to her neck in baby deception with Brook Lynn. Gladys doesn’t know that part of the story, so Maxie and Brook Lynn will hope to keep it that way.

They’ll scramble to form a new plan, but Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) battle with Brook Lynn will cause more issues.

Over with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), she’ll interact with someone unexpected. That may be the mystery man aka “Marshall” (Robert Gossett) since he’ll continue to stir up trouble for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and those in his orbit.

Curtis will get a mob warning from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as they discuss the possibility that the mystery man works for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will also convey her concerns to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), but Liz will have problems of her own.

Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will deliver some troubling news, so this could involve another phone call and perhaps a message from Liz’s father, Jeff Webber.

Next, Joey Novak (Patrick Zeller) will return to Port Charles and could potentially derail Carly’s night out with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero).

It seems there’ll be some drama at The Savoy soon after Joey pops back up. Sonny won’t think there’s any major reason to worry, but he’ll still try to bargain with someone before the week’s over.

Of course, that bargain could end up involving Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) instead if she’s on the fence about the Charlie’s Pub offer.

Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will also start her internship at Spring Ridge and waste no time in getting closer to Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).

Later, Esme will push all the right buttons in a tense conversation with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

Josslyn will let Esme use her insecurities against her – and it appears this will involve the fact that Joss and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) haven’t slept together yet.

General Hospital spoilers say Esme and Josslyn’s war is just getting started, so stay tuned.
