General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of October 18-22 tease that we’ll see a killer Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shock for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also make it to Greece while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) carries out a Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) mission.
First, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will share some surprising details about his past during a deep conversation with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Later, a new mystery will hit Port Charles as a mystery man spies on Portia and Curtis.
Over with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), he’ll look into Jason’s suspicions and offer confirmation. Jason and Britt will also get some unsettling news that jumpstarts their joint effort to find Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
That should involve the fact that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is alive and has been holding Liesl captive in Greece.
Meanwhile, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will try to keep Sam and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) away from Victor’s compound.
Sam and Dante’s plans will be foiled briefly, but they won’t give up since they’re determined to get some Drew answers.
Victor will give some cruel orders, but Anna will manage to come to Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) rescue and will apologize to him in the aftermath – perhaps for taking so long!
Robert will do his best to pry the truth out of Victor, but this could be about more than just Drew and Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
We can’t forget that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is alive and being held hostage, so Victor may have had a hand in that. It could become a bargaining chip if Victor plays his cards right.
Back with Dante and Sam, they’ll go against Anna and Robert’s orders to steer clear.
Sam and Dante will ultimately apprehend Victor, who’ll fill them in on Peter having the ability to control killer Drew through his old conditioning.
Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will get a shocking phone call, so Britt may ask Terry to hold down the fort at GH while this Greece mission’s happening.
Jason will help Britt in Greece, so there’ll be quite a posse since Anna, Robert, Sam, Dante, Britt and Jason will all be involved.
Back in Port Charles, there’ll be some awkwardness as Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) bumps into Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also turn to Curtis for comfort and guidance before Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) offers advice as well.
Ava will feel like Nina has a secret weapon she needs to consider.
That secret weapon could be Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) since Sonny loves his friend from Nixon Falls and really values her opinion. Phyllis could perhaps be Nina’s ticket to fully winning Sonny over.
Sonny will also meet with Spencer and could perhaps offer legal representation.
Across town, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will have a difficult dinner with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) as they discuss Leo Falconeri (Easton Rocket Sweda), his potential autism and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) latest scheme.
That scheme could make major trouble for Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) since Brook Lynn hopes to threaten him with a HIPAA violation.
Nevertheless, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) will nudge Austin in the direction of peace. Monica may point out that if Austin truly wants to be part of the crazy Quartermaine clan, he’ll have to get used to stunts like the one Brook Lynn pulled.
As for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), she’ll deal with some growing fears. Willow will feel like Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) isn’t coping with the news of Nina’s betrayal very well.
Michael will still be full of anger, but Willow may think they should let Nina be in Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Caleb and Kyler Ends) life.
Michael will make a deal with someone, so that could be Willow as they try to hash things out. Unfortunately, Michael’s fury could erupt all over again – perhaps even worse than before.
Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) is set to make a confession, so this could involve Sonny and Nina’s romance in Nixon Falls.
Whatever the case, Nina’s chance at staying in Wiley’s life could take a hit.
Ava will continue to guide Nina along the way, so she may advise working the Willow angle instead of trying to get through to Michael himself. It’d be better to convince Willow to change Michael’s mind if need be.
Finally, Spencer will get some support from Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) as they head to his arraignment.
Something tells us Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) may show up as well since she can never stay mad at Spencer for long!
General Hospital spoilers say Trina and Spencer’s bond will remain complicated, but they should repair the damage over time.
