General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of October 25-29 tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will face a phone call bombshell while Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) considers a last-resort trick. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will also deal with a mystery man meeting, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
First, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will try to help Nina out by insisting Nina has one final trick up her sleeve.
Ava may remind Nina that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) doesn’t know about her romance with Sonny and advise Nina to use that secret to her advantage.
As for Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), he’ll make a confession to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). If Jax comes clean about Sonny and Nina’s romantic connection, that could infuriate Michael even more than before.
Michael already wants Nina prosecuted and sent to prison, so this could further convince him it’s the right call.
Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will offer a heartfelt apology to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Anna will feel like she let Valentin down on their mission together, but he won’t blame her for his shooting ordeal at all.
Valentin will be in good spirits at the U.S. Consulate medical facility, but there’ll be some complications with his recovery.
An additional surgery will be needed that they’re just not equipped for, so look for Valentin to travel back to Port Charles soon.
Valentin will end up in the ICU at GH eventually, so Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will care for him there. Next, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will create issues at Deception and push Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to her breaking point.
Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will try to intervene, but this feud will really get out of hand.
This could set the stage for Gladys to learn Brook Lynn and Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) secret down the road, so that’s something to keep in mind.
In the meantime, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will consider his future. After scoring his release, Spencer will need to get a job – and he’ll find one at Kelly’s, where Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will essentially serve as his boss.
Cam will supervise Spencer, who’ll face his fair share of humble pie in the week ahead! Over with Sonny and Carly, they’ll battle concerns about Michael’s level of anger when it comes to Nina.
Willow will remain uneasy as well, so she’ll unload her frustration on Sasha – especially if Willow finds out Michael secretly arranged to have criminal charges filed against Nina.
Michael and Willow will need to have an honest discussion soon, so that could lead to growing tension.
Despite all the drama, Sonny will make time for Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola).
Carly will witness a tender father-daughter moment, so she’ll be glad Sonny’s back home where he belongs. Even so, Carly will continue to fume over her enemy and what she views as Nina’s victim mentality.
Sonny will get a stunning phone call a bit later, so it’ll be interesting to what this leads to.
It’s possible it’ll be the Pennsylvania Attorney General candidate since Michael contacted him about having Nina prosecuted in his jurisdiction.
Sonny may find himself in a position where he can thwart Michael’s plans and protect Nina from prison.
As for Portia, she’ll have an unsettling encounter with “Marshall” (Robert Gossett).
This mystery man is obviously quite interested in Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) family, so there’s a good chance he’s the father Curtis believes is dead.
For now, Portia will remain in the dark on this man’s true identity, so she’ll mull over the possibilities during a conversation with Curtis.
Back with Spencer, he’ll eavesdrop on a shocker that leaves him reeling. Will that involve Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) true agenda or something else?
Regardless, Spencer’s world will continue to come with shakeups, so he’ll navigate things as best as he can.
General Hospital spoilers say some bombs are set to drop in Port Charles, so stay tuned.
