General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that another shocking exit, Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth), may be in the works. GH fans know that several major players have departed the show in recent months.
Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) and Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” (Ashton Arbab) were killed off in The Floating Rib explosion, which also sent comatose Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) off canvas.

Even if Peter August (Wes Ramsey) just manipulates the situation to make it seem that way, there’s the potential for trouble. Whatever the case, GH insiders suggest a polarizing character will be killed off – and it’ll somehow connect to the recent news of Alexander “Zander” Smith’s (Chad Brannon) return.
Franco is dying of cancer and has made a deadly pact with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Now Peter August (Wes Ramsey) seems to be a deadly threat, too. Death is swirling all around Franco – and he certainly fits the bill when it comes to a character that some viewers love and others hate.
GH fans know Cameron has vowed to do whatever it takes to protect his family. There was an ominous vibe about that promise when Cam made it during a conversation with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
If Franco turns dark or Cam believes he’s turned dark, could Cameron have to kill his own stepfather? That’s one possibility to consider here. Another might be that Cameron will witness Jason or someone else doing the deadly deed.
