Good Girls Recap 03/14/21: Season 4 Episode 2 "Big Kahuna"

Tonight on NBC their hit show Good Girls airs with an all-new Sunday, March 14, 2021, episode and we have your Good Girls recap below.  On tonight’s Good Girls season 4 episode 2, “Big Kahuna”  as per the NBC synopsis, “A huge client approaches Dean to sell merchandise at Boland’s Bubbles, but Beth is hesitant.

Stan and Ruby’s guilt reaches a breaking point when Sara’s donor family returns; Annie tries to prove she can keep up with the rich parents at Ben’s school.”

In tonight’s Good Girls episode, we begin the episode with Rio in the police station, he is being questioned about Lucy’s body, he is acting all cool and gives a fake alibi, then walks out.

Beth, Annie, and Ruby are talking, she tells him that the hitman wants to have a date with her. Dean walks in, he takes Beth to the side and tells her Big Kahuna wants to meet with them.

The Hill family is having dinner when Sara’s donor family shows up uninvited. Carl and Jenny tell the Hills that they are moving to Detroit, Carl tells them that home is where the heart is. Ruby reluctantly invites them to dinner.

Annie is trying to make conversation with her son, but he is not interested.

Agent Phoebe is still trying to take down the girls, she gets her boss to go undercover as the Big Kahuna and sneak around Beth and Dean’s business. He asks to see the books and Beth looks suspicious, then he tells them what a big opportunity this is for them.

The girls go to see someone to someone to help them with the books, he suggests that they get corporate credit cards and start getting some expenses right off. Ruby gets home and finds out that the donor family is back again. Ruby goes to speak to Stan and tells him that the family is going to empty them dry.

Dean arrives home and sees all the furniture that Beth bought on the credit card, she tells him that it is a tax write-off. Dean asks about the books, the Big Kahuna keeps asking and he doesn’t want to make it look like they are hiding something.

Beth goes to bring out the trash and she notices that Rio is waiting outside. He asks her for the business routing number so can move around some funds. She says no, not a chance. Then we see Dean outside, he is near the trash and Rio tells her ready whenever she is. Beth goes back in the house and she calls Fitzpatrick and tells him how about Thursday for dinner.

Dave, the Big Kahuna, is with Dean at a bar having a couple of shots. Dean tells him that he makes all the decisions, his wife just helps out. The next day, Beth finds Dean on the floor in the bathroom, he is hungover. He tells her he got the account, he charmed Dave and he gave him the books. Beth looks like she is going to faint.

Annie goes to Ben’s school for an auction and she keeps bidding $1000 bids and her ex is confused because she has no money.

Beth looks to Gil for help with getting the books back. At home, Annie shows Ben all the things that she bought at the auction. Ben gets upset and tells her that she did it all to show off. Ben tells her that she makes fun of everyone but nobody’s life is a bigger joke than hers.

Beth is at dinner with Fitzpatrick, he is trying to win her over with hors d’oeuvres and wine. She tells him that she just wants the job done, he is making her life hell. Beth ordered salmon and it is raw inside, Fitzpatrick takes the plate, goes back inside the kitchen. Beth goes to the kitchen to see what is taking so long and Fitzpatrick says the cook is making a new salmon, she sees his fist wrapped up and bloody and the cook’s face is bloody.

Meanwhile, Phoebe is going through Beth’s garbage.

The donor family made dinner for Ruby and Stan and tells them that they are there to work out a financial arrangement. Ruby tells them something bad happened to their family, and sometimes that happens. Their life is not their fault and they don’t owe them a thing. Carl gives them an envelope, it has $87 in it. When they said financial arrangement they meant to pay them back for the car they gave them.

The next day, Beth tells Ruby and Annie what happened. Ruby says it is serial killer behavior.

Stan tells Ruby that he got the background check on the donor family, they are clear, they just had one car accident the day after their baby girl got her kidney.

Phoebe brings in lint from Beth’s dryer, she tells him that she is laundering her money at home, the quantity is just too high.

A knock at the door wakens Dean and Beth, it is the police, they arrest Dean. Phoebe and dave are there as well.
