Tonight’s Survivor episode begins with DeShawn saying that Tribal Council was a big thing for him for multiple reasons. He broke down and by luck, won the Do or Die and got to remain in the game. But then he got to see one of his allies go when Leana was voted out. Danny knows that Xander lied to him, he said he would vote out Ricard because he was a bigger threat and he didn’t. Xander tells Danny that keeping Ricard in the game is good for him, because he knows that once Ricard leaves the target will be on his back.

Day 22 and it is time for the Reward Challenge, they will be divided into two teams of three, on Jeff’s go, one player from each team will leap off a ramp, dive down and release a set of buoys, bring one to the finish, then the other person goes. Once they have all three buoys, they will attempt to land them in three baskets. The winning team will choose to have grilled chicken and veggies or cake, cookies and candy. DeShawn says doesn’t need either reward, he would prefer a letter from home. Jeff puts his hands up in frustration, he says they are always complaining about food. Deshawn, Erika and Xander win reward. They have a big decision to make, fuel or a craving. They choose chicken and veggies; they agree they need the protein.

They return to camp and the three are enjoying the food. The three of them talk game, and they agree they should get rid of Ricard at the next tribal council. Erika says it could be three of them together, Deshawn nods but he doesn’t trust either of them. Meanwhile, Danny has some quiet time, he decides to go look for an idol, he knows that he is on the bottom and finding one could be a game changer for him. Heather and Ricard do notice that Danny is missing, Ricard sees him humming to himself when he returns, his mood shifted, and it makes Ricard thinks that he found an idol. Heather agrees, there is a pep in Danny’s step since he returned.

Erika wants to work on her new final three and make a big move with them. It’s time for the final six to participate in the Immunity Challenge, in this one they are going to spin to unspool a coil of rope. They are then going to make their way through a series of obstacles to collect puzzled pieces along the way and the first person to finish the puzzle wins immunity.

Ricard wins immunity, he kept thinking of every four-letter word he knew in the game and he put them together. This is the third time this season that he has won immunity. Everyone was thinking they have to get rid of Ricard and now they have think of plan B.

Ricard approaches Danny and asks him if he found an idol, he says no. He didn’t find anything, but his search paid off, because everyone thinks he found an idol. When Danny leaves camp, Ricard goes through Danny’s bag. While the women are thinking to get rid of Deshawn or Danny, but Ricard is thinking maybe get rid of one of the women, but then again getting rid of a stronger player might be better for his game. Danny knowing that he might be voted out, he tells Deshawn that he played for the Cowboys and Deshawn is surprised.

Tribal Council, Jeff tells Deshawn he can’t believe he walked in with a grin on his face. He says he is ready for it all, he knows it is him or Danny tonight. Erika says everything is risk and reward and they will see if it plays out their way. Deshawn tells Heather that Erika said she can’t take her to the end because she might steal some of her votes; she has played a very smart game. Ricard says he finds it strange that Deshawn would dump this truth bomb at this stage in the game. Erika says she thanks Deshawn for bringing this up because she wasn’t sure if she could trust him 100% and now she knows she can’t.

Time to vote, no immunity idols are played. First vote is for Deshawn, then Danny, Danny, Deshawn, Deshawn, Danny. It is a tie. There is a revote. First vote Danny, Danny, Danny. The thirteenth person voted out is Danny.

Jeff congratulates the remaining players and tells them that they made it to the final five. They are leaving Tribal Council and going to a new island, where they will once again start over with minimal supplies. Over the next three days they will have two immunity challenges, two tribal councils, one fire making tie breaker, and one winner. They wanted an adventure of a lifetime, they are getting it.

THE END!
