The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) could fire Justin Spencer (Aaron D. Spears) as his attorney and get a new one who’ll actually make progress. It could put this schemer’s plan in jeopardy, so let’s talk about what that possibility would mean for Justin.
B&B fans know Justin’s got it all figured out. Justin thinks he’s brilliant for taking advantage of a plot that fell right into his lap – one that leaves Bill and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) locked up while Justin does nothing to help them.
The only thing Justin’s focused on doing is helping himself through a Spencer Publications takeover. Bill has already been getting pretty impatient with Justin – and even Liam seems frustrated at times.
Although Bill and Liam are trying to trust Justin, how long can they realistically do that when Justin’s doing absolutely nothing for them? Justin hasn’t been able to get the Spencer men out on bail and has been pessimistic about their chances in court.
Bill has been adamant that they MUST get out of prison and go home to their families, so failure isn’t an option as far as he’s concerned. How long until Bill turns against Justin – especially once he realizes Justin’s concentrating on the company rather than the case like he asked?
Justin is defying Bill’s direct order to let Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) handle Spencer Publications.
Bill needs an attorney who’s 100-percent committed to freeing him along with Liam – and Justin isn’t that person for multiple reasons, including some Bill doesn’t even know about yet!
At some point, Bill may relent on letting Justin handle things at the company, but he may also fire Justin as his lawyer.
We know Justin isn’t a criminal defense attorney anyway – a fact that’s already troubled Wyatt. Bill might decide a corporate guy like Justin isn’t cutting it and put his right-hand man off the case.
This could lead to big issues for Justin, who’ll essentially sabotaging his clients’ case right now.
It’s doubtful there are actually private investigators working on finding anything about Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) and the night he died. If a new attorney takes over, that could certainly change.
A more effective attorney with a criminal defense background might even be able to get Liam and Bill out on bail. That would throw Justin for an even bigger loop.
Justin’s plan hinges on being able to control the legal outcome for Bill and Liam, but he may not be able to do that if he pushes Bill too far and gets himself thrown off the case! As other B&B news comes in, we’ll provide the latest updates.
