The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will realize he needs to call in backup if he’s going to score a “Batie” reunion. Katie Logan (Heather Tom) still loves Bill and wants to be with him deep down.
It’s just a matter of moving beyond her doubts and trusting that Bill is someone Katie can rely on.
Since Katie hasn’t been able to rely on Bill in the past, it’s easy to see why it’s so difficult to hand over her heart again. Bill’s in the position to do even more damage if he plays games or wavers– especially if he drifts back to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Brooke is Katie’s sister, so it’s always doubly hard when Bill finds himself inching toward Brooke again as he tends to do. Katie understandably doesn’t like the pain of feeling betrayed by both the man she loves and her own sibling.
That’s certainly how Katie felt after Bill and Brooke’s forbidden kiss was exposed – and Bill made matters worse by professing his love to Brooke later. Fortunately, Bill has settled on Katie as the one and only woman he wants.
Time will tell how long that mentality will stick, but let’s focus on some positive developments.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Bill will reach out to Brooke for help sealing the deal on this reunion with Katie. Brooke may wonder if Bill thinks it’s really such a good idea to involve her. After all, Brooke served as one half of the betrayal that broke “Batie” up.
Nevertheless, Bill will plead for Brooke’s help in getting through to Katie somehow. Maybe Bill will want Brooke to convince Katie that “Brill” is over and done. Brooke is firmly committed to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) as her destiny and the man of her dreams.
Brooke might sit Katie down and promise that nothing will happen with Bill ever again. She may give Katie her word that she’s done with Bill forever. Brooke may try to drive this point home as part of this push to get Katie and Bill back together.
B&B fans can expect some emotional moments between Katie and Brooke during February sweeps. This conversation will bring a turning point in their relationship – perhaps one where Katie accepts that Brooke has truly put Bill behind her.
If Katie accepts that Bill has done the same, that may be how Bill finally reunites with Katie and convinces her to look forward, not back. We’ll bring you updates as other B&B news pops up.
