The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) is set to get back in the mix – and that brings the potential for major drama.
How will Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) feel once Shauna resurfaces and perhaps lands in Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) orbit again?
Brooke and Ridge could be gearing up for more conflict depending on how things play out with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Thomas has been hounding Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) in hopes of prying the truth out of him about the paternity test results.
If Vinny confesses and Thomas chooses to keep his mouth shut, that could lead to backlash for Thomas once the secret comes to light.
Regardless, Thomas has been a source of contention for “Bridge” in the past and could become one again. That could give Shauna an opportunity to pounce – at least that might be what Brooke worries about.
It’s easy to imagine B&B writers reviving Brooke’s battle with Shauna since they’ll both need something to do in the months ahead. Even if Brooke feels secure in her marriage to Ridge, she might get concerned about Shauna pursuing Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) next.
Brooke’s rooting for Bill and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) to find their way back to happily ever after, so she certainly won’t want Shauna trying to start anything up with her old flame.
Shauna hooked up with Bill once upon a time and served as temptation in Katie’s scheme to test Bill at one point. It wouldn’t be unreasonable for B&B to try a Bill and Shauna pairing, but Brooke would certainly want to nip that in the bud.
Some of Shauna’s first scenes back will be at Spencer Publications, so there’s the possibility for her to encounter Bill while she’s visiting Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).
Shauna’s going to need someone to chase after again eventually, so Brooke may want to make sure it’s not Ridge or Bill!
Whatever the case, Brooke’s at her best when she’s going feuding with someone – and it might as well be Shauna since she’ll hopefully be around more often.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Shauna’s return will open up some new story possibilities, so it’ll be interesting to see if Brooke and Shauna’s rivalry returns, too.
