Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) arrest was shocking. No one suspected him of being the driver who hit Vincent Walker (Joe LoCicero) and then drove away without reporting the incident.
But circumstances surrounding the event reveal Liam as far less guilty than his father, who committed a series of crimes after the fateful incident.

Thomas was taken aback by the request, while also realizing that Liam didn’t intend to hit Vinny and was a secondary victim of the circumstances Bill actually created.
So, Hope has begun to rely on Thomas, needing that help and in knowing he has her husband’s endorsement.

Thomas was jolted by the brain injury he suffered last year. Beyond the physical effect it had on him, soul-searching produced a determined outlook that led to positive, sustained change.
The past many months caused many people, except for Bill, to recognize that Thomas is serious about reform. Thomas even kept his feelings for Hope in check, developing a sense of acceptance that Lope is best for her and Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri).
Hope’s happiness is Thomas’ main concern. A strong test of his efforts will be seen now that he will be far more involved in her daily life.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan Forrester Won’t Back Off
Brooke and Bill have a connection. They were married and have maintained a personal fondness for each other that was revisited through last year’s well publicized kiss in Lope’s cabin. Thank you, Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards).
Bill despises Thomas. So, he and Brooke will naturally commiserate about the unwanted closeness between Hope and Atkinson’s character.
Brooke finds herself in a tight spot. She is Liam’s top defender, but his actions and incarceration make that support look foolish.
However, Bill appreciates Brooke’s support of Liam. That projects to putting her at odds with Ridge where both Spencer’s are concerned.
