The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will blow his second chance with a Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) bedroom betrayal, so Eric Forrester (John McCook) will force real consequences this time. Carter has no self-control when it comes to Quinn and the powerful hold she has on him – and for that, he must pay the price!
Eric’s had a hard time dealing with his complex feelings in the aftermath of the cheating fiasco. His thoughts on Quinn are crystal clear since she’s had chance after chance and blown all of them.
Eric has no qualms about cutting Quinn loose, but things are different with Carter since this is his first real offense.
There’s also been this view from people like Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) that Quinn “injected” Carter or dragged him into her poison.
Carter made his own choices, but it still seems like Brooke and the Forresters think he just got caught up in Quinn’s mistake and let her bad influence rub off on him.
However, Carter’s about to prove he can be just as bad when it comes to repeat blunders. When Eric gave Carter a second chance, he warned that it was conditional on Carter staying away from Quinn.
All Eric’s really asking of Carter here is to steer clear of Quinn and avoid having a relationship of any kind.
Carter promised that wouldn’t be a problem, but who does he think he’s kidding? It’s obviously going to be a giant issue since Carter and Quinn have proven they can’t stay away from each other!
After Carter lands in bed with Quinn, they’ll contemplate their romantic future together.
Quinn and Carter will have to figure out if this chance at a future together is worth the price they’ll pay for it. Regardless, Eric is bound to find out what Carter’s been up to sooner or later.
Secrets have a way of getting out on B&B, so Eric will learn about Carter’s betrayal whether he chooses to come clean or not.
Of course, that means Carter’s going to blow his second chance and could suffer some serious consequences as a result.
Carter may lose his job as well as any hope of salvaging his friendship with the Forresters – at least for now.
Characters tend to forgive eventually in situations like this on soaps, but Carter’s surely going to face Eric’s wrath and get cut out of his life for a while.
