The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) have pairing potential and would be the perfect way to rile up Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Ridge can’t stop hanging around Taylor now that she’s back in town, but there could be some unexpected hurdles when it comes to their reunion.
The fact that Ridge is married to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) is obviously the biggest obstacle, but Brooke may clear that one out of the way if she cheats with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).
However, it may not be as simple as Ridge cheating in retaliation with Taylor.
The show seems to be building toward Taylor and Ridge’s reunion as well as a new chapter for Brooke and Deacon, but they may take the long road to get there.
Taylor could consider someone new in the meantime as she tries to move on from the one who got away.
Carter has a habit of falling for pretty much every woman he encounters lately, so maybe Taylor could be next in line!
It’d be easy to create a situation where Taylor turns to Carter for legal advice – perhaps for Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) sake since a Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) custody battle may be brewing.
Likewise, Carter could seek Taylor’s professional opinion about why he’s so bad at love.
It could create a connection that leaves Taylor tempted to start something up with Carter, especially if she fears Ridge is just going to keep going back to Brooke and breaking her heart.
Carter nearly ruined his friendship with Ridge by having an affair with Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), but Ridge was able to move past Carter’s hookups with Eric Forrester’s (Eric McCook) wife.
It might not be as simple for Ridge to get over Carter’s interest in Taylor!
Ridge is quite protective of his former flame and may soon pursue Taylor for a renewed romance of his own.
Bottom line, Carter is single and tends to fall for women in complicated situations. Could Taylor be next – and could that drive Ridge crazy?
