The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Eric Forrester (John McCook) may lean on Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and set up an opportunity for these exes to be drawn together. Will this be the start of Quinn Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) man drifting away?
Eric will continue to struggle since he desires Quinn but isn’t physically able to satisfy her needs. His erectile dysfunction is nothing to be ashamed of, but Eric feels embarrassed and disappointed in himself anyway.
This will take more and more of a toll as Quinn tries to fight Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) pull.
Eric will sense that Quinn isn’t getting enough out of their reunion and grow increasingly worried that he’s holding her back.
Now that Quinn has confided in Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards), doesn’t Eric deserve to confide in someone outside the marriage as well?
It might be good for Eric to open up to someone other than his wife in this case.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will push Eric to share what’s wrong, but Eric may be hesitant since Ridge would likely tell Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Brooke is enough of a busybody already, so Eric may not want her involved considering her rivalry with Quinn.
However, B&B spoilers say Donna will remain drawn to Eric – as evidenced by an upcoming admission to Katie Logan (Heather Tom).
Donna will admit something to her sister during the week of September 13-17, so that’ll probably relate to Donna’s lingering love for Eric and her regrets about missing out on a future with him.
Regardless, Donna will remain tied to this storyline – and we have to wonder why.
A controversial twist is coming up this fall, so that might involve Eric’s decision to push for an open marriage.
Of course, an open marriage goes both ways, so Eric could rely on Donna emotionally and fall for her again in the process.
That could lead to trouble once Eric inevitably finds some specialists who can help him overcome his ED. It might put Eric and Donna in a position to rekindle their spark.
Even if Quinn’s enjoying herself with Carter as part of this open marriage, she might disapprove if everything’s in working order for Eric again and he lands in bed with Donna!
