The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will lean on Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) while Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) reconnect. Could B&B end up testing partner swap waters in case they want to do a Finn and Hope pairing along with a Steffy and Liam reunion?
Liam and Steffy always seem to come back around, so we can never rule out the idea of them getting back together. Steffy claims she’s moved on from Liam, but we’ve heard that before!
The truth is hearts are fickle on B&B – and Steffy’s heart is always going to lead her wherever the writers tell it to go, even if it doesn’t make sense or causes fan backlash.
Katie Logan (Heather Tom) has taken Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) cheating heart back more times than we can count – and plenty of other broken couples have been repaired just to get demolished all over again.
The show has to find ways to keep the drama going, so it’d be a mistake to think any pairing is safe.
That brings us to some intriguing events during the week of September 27-October 1. After Finn plays referee during a Steffy and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) confrontation, he’ll have a lot on his mind.
Finn will choose to open up to Hope – and he’ll get the perfect opportunity since Steffy will be busy having a family day with Liam and Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray).
Of course, this could be a simple case of Steffy and Liam getting along well as exes and co-parents. Finn and Hope’s moment of bonding could also be based on friendship alone.
There’s no guarantee anything romantic will become of these interactions, but the show will lay groundwork where they could indeed shake up the couples.
In other words, there’ll be the potential to do a Finn and Hope pairing if they keep doing moments like these. The same goes for more scenes where Liam and Steffy reconnect.
After all, Steffy and Hope’s happiness over their perfect blended family seems suspicious.
There’s no way the peace will last indefinitely, so it’s wise to keep the idea of a partner swap in mind – even if it happens somewhere down the line.
Sheila might even latch onto Liam as the perfect way to drive a wedge between Steffy and Finn.
Whatever the case, it’ll be interesting to see what the future holds in the romance department. As other news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you posted.
