The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will likely run to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) after Jack Finnegan’s (Ted King) betrayal, so Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) may end up fearing the worst. Let’s talk about where the story’s headed in the coming weeks.
After Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) pushes Jack to come clean about the secrets he’s keeping, he’ll indeed have an emotional conversation with Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) and confess some shocking truths.
Jack will struggle to find the right words as he explains his affair with Sheila and how he convinced her to let him adopt Finn with Li.
Once Li wraps her head around Jack’s stunning admissions, she’ll battle plenty of fury and heartbreak. Li will demand that Jack make the same admissions to Finn, so that’ll bring yet another emotional confrontation.
Finn will see his adoptive dad in a new light when he realizes Jack lied to cover up his cheating and never breathed a word about being Finn’s biological father. This will rock Finn to the core and leave him needing someone to confide in.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will certainly be there for Finn as best as she can, but Finn will no doubt find himself longing for a friend who understands.
Since Sheila is such a big part of all this, Finn won’t be able to fully open up to Steffy – not like he can with Hope.
There’s a good chance Finn will pay Hope a visit and tell her all about his world getting turned upside down.
Finn may suggest he’s starting to see Sheila in a new light since she was pressured by Jack to give him up. The doc will also see that Jack isn’t some paragon of parenthood.
This whole situation will help Finn realize everyone makes mistakes – even someone like Jack, who Finn looked up to as the ideal dad. Finn may see that nobody’s perfect and judge Sheila a little less because of it.
Of course, Hope can pipe up about Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) efforts to change and will get why Finn’s softening toward Sheila.
It probably won’t be long until Steffy finds out Hope is serving as Finn’s confidant again, so she may hear alarm bells.
Steffy doesn’t want Hope brainwashing Finn into thinking Sheila deserves a place in his life, so she’ll inevitably fear the worst if she learns they’ve been swapping views on their criminal parents once more.
