The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, April 30, reveals that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) happily picked up the kids’ toys and tidied up around the cabin.
Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) jokingly wondered how long Liam would enjoy cleaning up like this, but Liam seemed on cloud nine over the normalcy of it all.
Hope assured Liam that she didn’t want to look back anymore – only forward. Liam seemed to be thinking about Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) as he insisted he wanted that more than Hope knew.
Later, Hope mentioned how something had been bothering Liam before. Hope didn’t want Liam to put too much pressure on himself and needed honesty from him.
Liam talked about how hard the last few months had been, but being there with Hope and the kids was exactly what he needed. Hope promised none of them were going anywhere.
At Forrester Creations, Ridge Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) saw the slideshow video that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) put together as a memorial tribute for Vinny. Thomas teared up about how Vinny wasn’t a bad person, so he didn’t want him remembered that way.
When Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) arrived, she wondered if there’d been any news on Vinny’s case. Thomas confirmed he was just talking to Ridge about the memorial tribute and wanted to show it to Hope, but Brooke insisted Thomas couldn’t go over there since Liam was moving back in.
Brooke asked how Thomas felt about that, which upset Ridge. “What kind of questions is that?!” Ridge exclaimed. Thomas admitted it was a hard one, but he argued that he knew what true love meant now.
Thomas felt it meant putting that person’s needs and desires first. If Hope really wanted to be with Liam, then Thomas insisted he wanted that for her.
Thomas realized that Brooke wanted him to give Liam and Hope some space. Brooke felt this was the beginning of a brighter future for them.
Back at the cabin, Liam turned out the lights and shared another close moment with Hope. Liam said the outside world didn’t exist – that Hope and the kids were his universe.
Liam knew this was the man he wanted to be and declared that he couldn’t let anything derail his life with his family. Hope assured Liam that wouldn’t happen. “Nothing is going to come between us ever again,” Hope promised on Friday’s Bold and the Beautiful episode.
At Forrester Creations, Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) was confident that maybe tonight would be the night Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) made progress with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).
Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) suggested that if not, perhaps Zoe should change her game plan or at least consider finding a more reliable messenger.
Zoe insisted she wouldn’t judge Quinn for her past mistakes and felt Quinn could be persuasive. Even so, Paris seemed reluctant to accept that Quinn was the best choice for the job.

At Carter’s loft on Friday’s B&B episode, he hoped he hadn’t made Quinn uncomfortable with his compliments. Quinn insisted Carter hadn’t and noted that she hadn’t gotten one in so long. Talk turned to Zoe, so Carter confessed that he still longed to make love to her sometimes.
Quinn didn’t want Carter to be hurting and lonely, so she argued that he didn’t have to be. “Neither do you,” Carter insisted. Quinn talked about how it’d been a long time since she’d felt wanted. She surprised Carter by admitting Eric literally recoils when she touches him now.
Quinn also felt like all these questions swirling in her head didn’t seem so scary when she opened up to Carter. She made another pitch for Carter to reunite with Zoe, but he didn’t want to have to chase someone.
Carter wanted a visceral connection with someone who wanted him, so Quinn certainly understood that.
Quinn talked about how she used to feel when Eric told her she was the most beautiful, desirable woman in the world. She wanted to feel that way again – and then Carter stepped forward to put a hand on Quinn’s cheek.
Quinn responded by undoing Carter’s buttons and touching his chest.
When Carter moved to unbutton Quinn as well, she unbuckled the back of her outfit and let Carter kiss her shoulder. On Friday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Carter nuzzled Quinn as she whispered, “We can’t…”
Quinn and Carter couldn’t fight temptation, so they started kissing passionately anyway – and they slowly undressed moments later. Carter made love to Quinn on the sofa…then up against the wall…then in front of the roaring fire.
