The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, August 27, teases that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will face Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) fury. Finn and Steffy’s relationship will suddenly be on the rocks over the secret Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) meeting that was happening behind Steffy’s back.
Steffy had a gut feeling she should head home instead of taking that San Francisco trip as planned. She felt like the universe was giving her a nudge back toward the cliff house since the flight was delayed for so long.
Even so, Steffy certainly didn’t expect to see Sheila cuddling Hayes Forrester Finnegan the moment she walked through the door!
Steffy was clearly blindsided over this B&B bombshell, but she’ll soon move past the stunned aspect of all this and concentrate on her anger.
Sheila will definitely deal with some backlash since Steffy hates her with a burning passion.
Steffy will make it clear that Sheila isn’t welcome there or anywhere remotely close to her family.
Sheila especially can’t be this close to Hayes, so Steffy will insist on getting him away from his crazy grandma right off the bat.
Of course, Sheila won’t want Finn hating her, so she’ll have a motive to smooth things over – at least as much as she can.
Sheila will probably push Steffy to blame her and give Finn a pass since he was pressured into this.
Jack Finnegan (Ted King) might also pipe up that Finn didn’t want to make the deal, but they were trying to get Sheila out of their lives forever.
Naturally, Steffy won’t believe Sheila’s going to vanish. She’ll think Finn let himself get duped and broke her trust when he surrendered to Sheila’s request.
Steffy’s wrath will set up another slap, so Sheila should have a throbbing cheek before Friday’s show winds down.
Sheila will be ordered to leave, but we all know she won’t go too far! In fact, Sheila will eventually summon Jack for another round of blackmail drama.
In the meantime, Steffy will call Finn out for trying to sneak this Sheila visit in while she was gone.
Although Finn will assure Steffy that he never meant to betray her, Steffy will be livid over the risk he brought to Hayes. She’ll no longer consider Finn as the fierce family protector she thought he was.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn will be frustrated over the situation, but what’s done is done.
