The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, November 19, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) snapped over Jack Finnegan (Ted King) letting Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) raise his love child while lying to them for years. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) also confessed how he really felt about Paris Buckingham (Diamond White), so let’s discuss what played out.
At the cliff house on Friday’s B&B episode, the suspense built as Finn pushed Li and Jack to reveal the identity of his biological father.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) argued that if Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) knew, then she lied to Finn when he asked her.
After Li confirmed Sheila knew as well, she acknowledged Finn’s desire to know his birth father and suggested they could make a meeting happen.
Finn remained curious who his bio dad was, so Jack confirmed that Finn was looking at him.
Jack explained that he was also genetically Finn’s father, so Steffy’s jaw dropped over his affair with Sheila.
Finn reeled as he realized Jack adopted his own biological son! He was in shock as Jack explained how he worked out a reasonable solution after Sheila got pregnant.
Li chimed in about how she had no idea she was raising Jack and Sheila’s love child.
Finn was livid with Jack for letting them all live a lie and demanded to know how his dad could do this. Jack was apologetic and argued that he wanted to protect his family, but Finn felt his father was all about protecting himself.
Jack insisted that he didn’t want to lose Li and explained how he worried the truth would destroy his family.
Jack prayed he still had that family now and pointed out he was still Finn’s dad – just a little differently than Finn thought. Jack begged Finn to forgive him, but Finn certainly didn’t seem ready to do that.
At Forrester Creations, Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) realized Paris must’ve already gone home.
Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) gently broached the topic of Paris potentially sharing a meal with Thomas. He wondered if Thomas and Paris living together bothered Zende, but Zende insisted it didn’t.
Zende trusted Paris and Thomas despite the less-than-ideal living arrangement.
Zende wasn’t jealous over a little roomie dinner night, but Carter felt like Zende should keep his eyes open when it came to the roommate situation.
Meanwhile, Paris came home and was surprised to find that Thomas had ordered up all her favorite takeout dishes.
Thomas also had wine and tried to set the mood for what would become a major confession. He hinted that it wouldn’t be so bad to keep living with Paris and wanted to get to know her better.
Paris got a bit uncomfortable over Thomas’ behavior and felt the need to remind him that Zende was her boyfriend.
Thomas understood that, but he wanted to let Paris know there was another possibility for her future before it was too late. He confessed he was falling for Paris and that he wanted to be much more than friends.
