The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, October 8, teases that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) marriage will be under attack. Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will also be used as a pawn in Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) game, so let’s discuss what’s coming up on Friday’s shocking show.
B&B fans know Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) invited Deacon to the cabin, where he was promptly berated by Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
Hope wanted everyone to keep an open mind about Deacon being reformed, but so far nobody else is budging!
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Deacon will hope he can prove himself, but it’s obviously not happening anytime soon. With that in mind, Deacon may think it’s best if he makes himself scarce.
Hope wasn’t able to explain before Deacon showed up, so Liam was blindsided along with Ridge and Brooke. It might be best to just take a Deacon timeout and talk to them without Daddy dearest around.
Of course, Deacon is still going to need somewhere to stay – preferably a spot nearby so he can continue bonding with Hope in Los Angeles. Sheila’s hotel isn’t too far away and will likely be where she has a run-in with newly released Deacon.
Both Sheila and Deacon have adult children they want to connect with. They also have enemies who are threatening to ruin things for them, so Deacon and Sheila can certainly find common ground.
Although Deacon genuinely wants to prove he’s changed, he’ll get roped into Sheila’s dangerous game before long.
Sheila will come up with a way to target Finn and Steffy’s marriage on Friday’s episode. She’ll think getting Steffy out of the picture is the key to getting to know Finn and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot).
It’s just a matter of pulling off the perfect plot and making Steffy’s threat disappear.
Likewise, Sheila may feel like Deacon should break up Hope and Liam – that is if he wants any chance of bonding with Hope and Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez).
Hope and Finn’s spouses should be the biggest problem in Sheila’s eyes, so she’ll invite Deacon to team up within the next episode or two.
While Sheila goes down a sinister road again, Finn will fret over the secret he’s keeping from his wife.
Steffy wouldn’t be happy if she knew Finn was once again hiding Sheila’s text messages, but that’s exactly what he’s doing!
Finn will wrestle with plenty of guilt, so we’ll see how long he can keep the news under wraps.
