The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will make some startling accusations after she corners Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and lashes out over all Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) news.
Hope was already having a hard time coping with the shock of Liam and Steffy sleeping together. Knowing Liam might be the father of Steffy’s baby was like twisting the knife.
Nevertheless, Hope will try to pull herself together enough to confront Steffy and let her know exactly how she feels about the whole situation. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will apologize for the damage they did that night. She’ll assure Hope that it was all based on a terrible chain reaction.
Steffy will likely defend Liam as someone who was hurt and confused. She’ll be sorry for sleeping with Liam in a drunken state, but she’ll take responsibility and Hope can find it in her heart to forgive – if not Steffy, then at least Liam. However, Hope will fire back that Steffy’s apology is NOT accepted.
During the week of January 18-22, B&B spoilers say Hope will refuse to listen to Steffy’s explanation and won’t buy that this wasn’t calculated. Hope will accuse Steffy of plotting to sabotage her marriage, but Steffy will undoubtedly deny it.
Steffy will get that Hope’s upset, but she may suggest that Hope’s being irrational due to her heightened emotions. Perhaps Steffy will argue that she couldn’t have known Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) would mistake the mannequin for Hope – or that Liam would witness what he thought was a “Thope” kiss.
Steffy didn’t plan to sleep with Liam until the tequila started flowing and then temptation took over from there. Unfortunately, Hope just won’t buy it. She may contend that although Steffy couldn’t control the exact circumstances, Steffy knew she could use this to try and win Liam back.
Steffy will once again deny Hope’s accusation, but Hope will hurl another one. She’ll think Steffy may already know who the father of her baby is. Hope will demand the truth, but Steffy will maintain that a paternity test will have to be done before they know anything for sure.
