The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) may demand Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) Christmas party invitation and leave Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) wary of Grandpa playing Santa!
From Hope’s perspective, this could be a good opportunity for the family to come together and for Deacon to finally meet the kids. Liam, on the other hand, may worry about the impression that could leave on the little ones.
Hope would’ve preferred to have Deacon at the Thanksgiving gathering, but Liam and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) quickly reminded her that wasn’t a good idea. Even so, Hope was in a bit of a funk on Thanksgiving since she wanted her dad there to celebrate.
Of course, things have already changed now that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) is taking a bigger stand over Hope and her desire to bond with Deacon.
Brooke has also assured Deacon that he’s welcome in her home, so the pieces are coming together for Deacon to score a holiday party invite.
In fact, Hope may insist on Deacon being there, especially since she won’t want him to be alone on Christmas.
Hope might think this is a great time to let Deacon get to know Beth Spencer as well as Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), but Liam might have some serious reservations.
Liam may not love the idea of Deacon coming in there bearing gifts and cozying up to the children so easily. He probably won’t want Douglas and Beth thinking Grandpa Deacon is this amazing, trustworthy Santa type of figure they can rely on.
B&B might play that angle up by having Deacon actually dress as Santa this year – leaving the kids with wonder in their eyes while Brooke and Hope gaze adoringly. That’s not what Liam will want, but he may be forced to put up with a scenario like that anyway.
Regardless, Ridge may opt to spend Christmas with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) would naturally be included at that Deacon-free gathering.
Will we see a split Christmas celebration this year due to all the Deacon drama?
