The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will have to make some hard choices that affect her family’s future. Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) pregnancy means Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) may have fathered another child following that “Steam” hookup.
Now Hope’s devastated over Liam’s betrayal and worried about him strengthening his connection to Steffy. Hope could be cheated on once again if she reconciles with Liam, so moving past this comes with great risks to her heart.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) thought maybe Hope should give Liam another chance, but there’s no guarantee the trust Liam shattered can be repaired.
If divorce is inevitable for Liam and Hope, what does that mean for the family they’ve built together? Beth Spencer (Madeline and River Davidson) is still pretty young and will undoubtedly be fine.
Hope would never keep Liam at a distance from his daughter, so they co-parent if that’s how this situation turns out.
It’s Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) that this B&B divorce drama could take a toll on. Douglas was manipulated back when Thomas schemed to be with Hope, so he found himself rooting for Daddy and Mommy Hope to be together.
However, Douglas later came to realize that Thomas had done some bad things and found himself on “Team Lope.”
Douglas even “married” Hope and Liam in that cute little cabin wedding ceremony. He loves Thomas as his dad, but he’s grown close Liam and appreciates they family they all have with Beth. If that family’s torn apart, it’s just going to mean more confusion and upheaval for Douglas.
Hope might decide divorce is the only way forward for her, which would mean sitting Douglas down to explain things. Thomas could help Hope with that task and tackle any concerns that arise for the kid.
This would be a great bonding opportunity for Hope and Thomas, who already make a strong co-parenting team.
Before Liam’s betrayal and all the chaos that’s resulted, Douglas wondered if Thomas could come live at the cabin. That might be a suggestion Douglas makes once again after Liam moves out and space frees up!
Hope might surprise Thomas by agreeing it’d be a good idea. She could argue Thomas needs to be as close as possible to Douglas as he deals with the “Lope” fam breakup.
Can you imagine Liam’s reaction if he moves out of the cabin and Thomas moves in? Liam already didn’t like Thomas living at the main house, but this could really send him over the edge. It’d also put Hope and Thomas in close quarters, so sparks could fly soon enough.
Whatever the case, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Liam and Hope may be headed for Splitsville. Douglas will need plenty of support from Hope and Thomas, so perhaps they can connect over the crisis. We’ll give you updates as other B&B news emerges.
