The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will have to do some reevaluating after the paternity truth comes out. Hope currently believes Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) baby belongs to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), but John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is clearly the true father of this child.
Once the paternity twist is exposed, Liam will no doubt expect to move forward with Hope and rebuild their marriage. Hope expected to do that as well before the paternity test results were delivered.
Hope had determined that she could get past Liam’s betrayal if the baby was Finn’s, so she’s been acting like Steffy’s “Steam” pregnancy is the real problem.
However, Hope’s eyes may be opened to the real issue once the paternity shocker comes out. Based on how fast this B&B storyline seems to be moving, the big reveal may happen pretty quickly all things considered. Liam might think his marriage isn’t so far gone that it can’t be saved.
Even so, Hope might feel differently once she finds out the paternity test was tampered with. Hope may not see a future with Liam anymore – even with this new information.
Although Hope loves Liam, something broke between them that can’t be fixed with new “baby daddy” proof. Liam may be stunned when Hope wants to split despite the fact that Finn’s the actual father.
Hope’s rejection could leave Liam hurt and even angry since he’s been fighting hard for their relationship. Nevertheless, that’s just the price you pay for cheating! Hope may ultimately realize the betrayal itself will still haunt her, even though the baby won’t serve as a constant reminder.
Will whatever hope Liam has left finally evaporate? Liam and Hope may never be done with each other permanently since we all know how The Bold and the Beautiful writers roll, but “Lope” could still end for the time being. Hope and Liam’s future is far from secure!
