The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will learn a big secret – and it should tie in with Donna Logan’s (Jennifer Gareis) risky mission to make Eric Forrester (John McCook) her man again.
Donna has been quietly pining for Eric, but now he’s in the process of getting a divorce from Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer).
B&B fans know Donna previously indicated she might consider the idea of a reunion if it weren’t for Eric’s marriage, but she felt the need to respect his commitment.
Donna didn’t want to cross any lines or make Eric feel like she wasn’t acknowledging the boundaries he’d put in place for his relationship.
However, the situation has obviously changed now that Quinn’s affair wrecked things with Eric.
Donna has the opportunity to chase after Eric, so she may confess that’s what she’s like to do.
Whatever the case, Donna will come clean in the August 11 episode – indicating that she’ll spill something that Katie didn’t know before.
Katie will hear Donna’s confession, which means she’ll learn a secret and get the chance to weigh in on it. Since Donna has already admitted to wanting Eric back, her next admission might involve actually trying to make it happen.
Donna may confess that she’s been considering her next move and hoping that Eric will want to reunite once his broken heart has healed.
There’s nothing Donna would love more than to wind up back in her “Honey Bear’s” arms for good.
Katie can certainly see the potential for a bright future between Eric and Donna, but there’s one problem: The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of August 16-20 indicate that Eric will tell Quinn he wants to reconcile!
Right as Donna’s apparently gearing up to win Eric back, Eric will be busy trying to get Quinn back instead.
This could be a devastating blow for Donna, especially since she seems poised to get her hopes up about reuniting with Eric and living happily ever after.
However, the battle for Eric’s heart isn’t over since Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is also in the picture for Quinn.
Even if Quinn gets back together with Eric, she surely won’t be able to stay away from Carter now that such a strong fire’s been lit between them.
Donna may have to be patient, but there’s surely a reason why B&B’s brought back her desire to be with Eric.
Perhaps Eric and Donna will get another shot at a happy ending down the road. We’ll offer updates as other news becomes available.
