The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will explode over her husband’s affair with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Jack Finnegan (Ted King) fathered John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and hid the truth for decades, so this is all kinds of messed up!
Sheila will blackmail Jack for a while, but this secret is far too scandalous to stay buried. Sooner or later, the real story will come out – and it’ll leave Li absolutely enraged when it happens. Let’s think about this from Li’s perspective for a moment.
Li was always career-oriented and didn’t think much about having children until later in life. Jack might’ve been the one to plant the idea knowing what we know now!
It sounds like Jack knocked Sheila up behind Li’s back, realized how dangerous she actually was and cut some sort of deal to keep her out of the picture.
Of course, that left Jack in a real bind since he didn’t want to destroy his marriage. Jack also had a child who needed a loving mother, so he lied to Li and let her think they were both adopting the baby of a stranger.
In reality, Jack was Finn’s true father and knew all about the vicious woman who gave birth to him.
Since Jack didn’t want to expose his cheating to Li, that meant he had to lie to Finn as well. Jack has been selling the story of being Finn’s adoptive dad from day one, but Finn is a Finnegan by blood!
Can you imagine how overwhelmed and livid Li’s going to be when she gets hit with all these shockers?
Jack is keeping some divorce-worthy secrets, so his marriage to Li could certainly be in jeopardy once all this comes out.
Naturally, B&B hasn’t revealed all the facts just yet, so there could be extenuating circumstances when it comes to Jack and Sheila’s hookup.
Sheila might’ve drugged Jack or manipulated him into sleeping with her while drunk, but nothing excuses all the lies Jack’s told over the years.
Jack has to own up to his deception and pay the price for it, so you can bet he will when the time is right.
