The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will have to face the music one way or another. Based on how Liam’s been acting ever since the night of the hit-and-run accident, it’s certainly possible that Liam will crack under the pressure and confess to the cops.
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will stop Liam from making a confession during the week of April 19-23, but that doesn’t mean Liam won’t try again! Liam could eventually reach the point where he just can’t take it anymore and come clean to the police.
However, it’s also possible Bill hasn’t covered their tracks as well as he thinks he has. Liam could simply go down based on evidence that eventually points in his direction. Regardless, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will have to share his side of the story eventually.
Thanks to Bill’s decision to destroy proof and flee the scene, Liam’s version of events may not be believed. This could easily lead to Liam going down for premeditated murder – just as Bill warned Liam when he pushed him to get on board with the cover-up.
What happens if Liam is arrested and believes he’s going to be convicted of murder? Bill has been ranting about how Liam needed to get a grip for the sake of his kids.
Bill asked if Liam wanted them to grow up without a father, but that’s the reality Liam may soon be dealing with.
Although Liam is important to Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) as a stepdad, B&B fans know Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is Douglas’ true father. Douglas will still have his dad in his life no matter the outcome for Liam.
It’s Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) and Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) who could end up losing their daddy to a prison sentence. Faced with this possibility, what will Liam do?
If Liam feels he may be unable to prove his innocence, Liam might decide to make sure his girls are taken care of while he’s locked up.
Liam knows Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is pregnant with John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) baby, so that child will be a half-sibling to Kelly.
Finn is also engaged to Steffy, so he’ll become Kelly’s stepdad if all goes well. This could lead Liam to put his old issues with Finn to rest and request a favor.
It’s easy to imagine Liam summoning Finn once he’s behind bars for a man-to-man and father-to-father chat. Liam might tearfully ask Finn to be a father to Kelly and even Beth as Kelly’s little sister. He could want reassurance that both girls will still have someone to rely on and look up to.
Liam may think Finn can be the positive role model that Liam couldn’t be. Will Finn vow to be there for Kelly and Liam just like his impending bundle of joy? Finn might give Liam the reassurance he needs – just in case Liam finds himself locked in a cell for the rest of his life!
Of course, Liam will inevitably get off the hook sooner or later, but things could seem bleak in the meantime. We’ll offer updates as other B&B news becomes available.
