The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will face a difficult blow after Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) makes a big decision about her future.
As Hope prepares to hear Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) paternity results, she’ll make a tough choice regarding her marriage to Liam.
Hope will make this tough choice on February 9 – and then Steffy’s paternity results will be revealed on February 10, which is also when Liam will fight to save his marriage. It sounds like Hope may decide ahead of time that her marriage to Liam is over if the baby is his.
It also sounds like the results will indeed show Liam is the father and leave him scrambling to keep his relationship intact. Of course, Hope’s mind should be made up. Liam seems set to gain a child and lose a wife at this point in the story.
Although some paternity test tampering will likely be revealed down the road, Liam is poised to be the father for now based on the latest B&B spoilers. Hope will likely stand her ground on divorcing Liam over all this, which will give Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) a chance to swoop in and comfort her.
It won’t be long until Thomas and Hope are closer than ever – and Liam certainly isn’t going to approve. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say the show may flip the script here and have Liam be the outsider who’s obsessed.
Liam may become fixated on Hope’s growing bond with Thomas and the possibility that Hope’s actually falling in love with him.
Thomas and Liam’s recent confrontation felt like a great way to set up the reignited rivalry to come. Liam may work to win Hope back, but he can’t compete with someone as devoted as Thomas right now.
Unlike Liam, Thomas isn’t keeping some old flame in the back of his mind as an option. Hope has Thomas’ full heart, and that’s bound to mean something to her in the months ahead.
Liam could easily harass Thomas and do his best to sabotage “Thope,” but Hope may shut him right down. Once Hope cuts Liam loose, her personal life will be none of Liam’s business. Hope may warn Liam to leave her alone unless it involves co-parenting Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez).
It’s clear that Hope’s reaching her breaking point and doesn’t want to go down a painful “Lope” road again. Thomas may become a knight in shining armor of sorts. He’ll be the friend Hope needs in this devastating post-divorce period and then could become even more.
