The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) may be in for more heartbreak down the road. Right now, Liam’s doing everything he can to convince Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) that their marriage doesn’t have to end.
Liam’s desperate for an opportunity to prove he can be the loyal man Hope and their family deserve moving forward.
Hope thought she could get past Liam’s betrayal if John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was the father of Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) baby. However, B&B fans know the paternity results have left Hope distraught and questioning everything.
What happens once Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) apparent paternity test results altering is ultimately revealed? Something tells us that won’t just magically fix Hope and Liam’s marriage.
Now that Hope’s been in all this despair over the baby and had time to focus on her relationship’s problems, she may not be willing to move forward – even if the results suddenly swing in “Lope’s” favor.
Liam should be hopeful about getting their future back once Vinny’s meddling comes to light. However, Hope and Liam are going to face the same old issues when it comes to Liam trying to insert himself in Steffy’s life.
Liam can never stay away for too long – and that may be truer than ever once the playing field’s leveled through a “Sinn” baby revelation.
How’s Liam going to feel once Finn also has a child with Steffy? Liam can’t use Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) to make his own relationship with Steffy seem like the priority anymore.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say there’ll be an even split with Liam as Kelly’s father and Finn as this new baby’s dad.
That could certainly lead to more conflict with Hope if she feels like Liam’s secretly disappointed the baby isn’t his. Although Liam should be pleased about the paternity twist for the sake of his marriage, his reaction may not be exactly what Hope’s looking for.
If Hope senses that Liam’s angry and jealous of Finn fathering Steffy’s second child, it could spark another round of trouble. Liam might claim it’s all in Hope’s head, but she may seriously doubt that.
To Hope, Liam may seem upset about losing another way to pull Steffy closer through a second child.
In other words, losing the daddy title may upset Liam deep down and give Hope some serious reservations about making things work with him.
Regardless, the real paternity results won’t be an instant fix for Hope and Liam’s fractured marriage. We’ll keep you posted as other B&B news and updates emerge.
