The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, August 2 reveal that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) and Jack Finnegan (Ted King) met the Forresters. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wedding announcement was posted publicly, which was upsetting to Jack. However, his secret is still under wraps — for now.
Li Finnegan Debuts
Monday’s episode of B&B began with Jack gushing over “SINN.” He is happy that Finn found love and teases that his son hasn’t stopped smiling since the day he met Steffy. There is a knock at the door, who turns out to be Finn’s mother.
Li explains that she got off an hour early and gives Steffy a warm embrace.
When Finn tells his mother that Steffy just found out about his adoption, Li looks taken aback. She wonders why it took so long for Finn to tell Steffy about it, which he says it just never came up.
Steffy is learning a lot about Finn, such as him having a punk rock band in high school. Li also shares that her son used to be afraid of the dark and would always climb into his parents’ bed.
B&B Spoilers: Wedding Expectations
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Eric Forrester (John McCook), Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) are putting the final touches on a design.
Steffy texts her dad to tell him that they will be coming by the office soon.
Ridge assumes “they” means Steffy and Finn, unaware that they are about to meet the groom’s side of the family. One thing he does know for sure, which is he’s going to need a tuxedo.
Family Secrets And Struggles
The conversation turns to Finn’s family and not knowing much about them. Ridge defends the Finnegans before even meeting them. He explains that every family has its struggles, which gets Eric’s agreement.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that there has been plenty of struggles for the Forresters. This makes Eric even happier about Steffy’s new life journey.
Thomas asks his grandfather if he’s okay. Eric says he is fine but admits that he is putting things in perspective.
Life can be so dark, he says, but you have to keep your eyes on the light at the end of the tunnel. For Eric, that light is Steffy’s marriage and new baby.
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Finnegans & Forresters Meet
It was teased that the two families would finally meet and that happens in Monday’s episode. Everyone seems to get along great and Finn tells his future in-laws that he’s adopted.
Jack mentions that he “knows of” the Forresters, but doesn’t explain if it’s for the designs or another reason. Then, he tells Ridge to give him “grandparent pointers” as everyone laughs.
‘SINN’ Wedding and Mystery Guest
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Steffy and Finn show off their wedding announcement, which is beautiful. They do a countdown as it’s about to go live.
Jack asks out loud if they are really going to put it out there for the whole world to see. Finn says yes, clearly excited and not sensing his father’s dread. As everyone cheers and celebrates, Jack appears to be panicked.
Then, the camera switches to a dark room occupied by a disguised mystery person. The large computer dings as an alert about the Forrester family comes through, which just happens to be the wedding announcement.
