The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, June 21, tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will unblock Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) number and get a shock when exonerating text messages surface. Thomas will uncover proof that clears Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) name, so this will serve as the bombshell that fans have been waiting for.
B&B viewers know Thomas made a rather rash decision after Vinny tampered with Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) paternity test results. Thomas was angry enough to shut his best bud out of his life, but he regrets that now.
If Vinny had lived, Thomas no doubt would’ve cooled down and patched things up with his pal eventually. However, Thomas will never have that chance since Vinny’s dead and gone.
All Thomas can do at this point is reflect on fond memories and wish the situation had turned out differently.
As Thomas thinks back on when Vinny was alive, he’ll make a choice that turns the hit-and-run case upside down. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will unblock Vinny’s phone number and take a look at some of their earlier conversations.
Thomas will probably just be missing his friend and longing to see some of their old exchanges. He’ll be seeking comfort, but he’ll get a big surprise instead! That’s because Vinny sent more texts that Thomas never received.
Thomas will get a bunch of new messages from just before Vinny was killed, so he’ll read through them all and face a stunning realization. It’ll be like a puzzle that Thomas puts together piece by piece.
Thomas will connect the dots and determine that Liam is innocent – that there’s no way Liam intentionally mowed Vinny down.
These texts will prove Liam isn’t at fault for what happened to Vinny. Thomas will decide he has to make a mad dash to find Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears), who’s serving as Liam and Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) attorney.
Although Thomas will expect to help the Spencer men find freedom, Justin will have other devious plans – and we’ll see him carry those out later in the week.
Until then, Liam will receive another visit from Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle). B&B fans know Liam goes back and forth when it comes to optimism.
One minute Liam’s pounding the table insisting he MUST come home, and the next Liam’s pushing Hope to accept that he might stay locked up forever.
Liam will be having one of his more negative moments on Monday, so he’ll urge Hope to stop denying the harsh reality.
Perhaps Liam will argue that if he’s found guilty and sentenced to decades behind bars, Hope should move on with her life – maybe with a new man if that’s what she wants.
