The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that a new preview promo for the week of June 28 to July 2 has been released. This week, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) goes into labor.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is excited and anxious about his new grandchild. Meanwhile, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) steps up and offers incredible support during the water birth.
Steffy Forrester’s Labor Begins
B&B spoilers reveal that Steffy goes into labor on Wednesday, June 30. Then, we get to see the newborn on-screen on Thursday, July 1. The couple has decided to have a water birth with a midwife.
Even though they plan on going to the hospital if there are any troubling signs, fans can rest assured that this delivery will go just fine. It is good that Finn is a doctor just in case, but we love that a midwife is going to be present.
After all, this is Finn’s first child. He should be able to fully participate and enjoy the experience of watching his son arrive.
B&B Spoilers: Ridge Forrester’s Anxiety
In the promo, Ridge has stopped by to check on Steffy. As Steffy stands next to Finn holding a bottle of water, she puts her hand to her belly. She indicates that they better be ready because it’s time. Ridge gets very excited but it’s easy to tell that he is anxious, too. He says,
“My grandson is coming now!?”
That is when Steffy confirms it as she deals with a contraction.
John Finn Finnegan Gets In Tub, Too
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Finn has promised to be there for Steffy, Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Colette Gray), as well as their new baby. Sometimes people promise all kinds of things but fail to act.
Well, Finn is already proving that he takes fatherhood seriously. He doesn’t just stand by and watch Steffy deliver the child. He actually gets in the tub of water with her.
Finn makes sure that she feels safe and is as comfortable as possible considering she’s in active labor. It is a beautiful and heartwarming scene that “SINN’ fans won’t want to miss.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: ‘SINN’ Baby Name
In the promo, the baby’s name is not revealed. At one time, Steffy mentioned that if the child was a boy, she was thinking of naming him after Finn. However, it didn’t seem like he wanted to pass the name down.
Finn explained that the child deserved a name of his own. Since then, there has been no talk of baby names.
When the promo was dropped and started being shared to social media platforms and message boards, the tag #BabyHayes kept being used. Now, it should be noted that the official Twitter account for the soap never used the hashtag.
One fan on Twitter mentioned that the hashtag was deleted quickly. If that is true, then we have to wonder if Hayes is really the child’s name.
We are thinking maybe the couple compromised. The baby’s name might be John Hayes Finnegan, but that is just speculation and hasn’t been confirmed yet.
Some fans were horrified that the parents would name their son after the man who stalked and abused Steffy’s mother.
However, when “Hayes” is mentioned, people usually think of Taylor Hamilton Hayes (Hunter Tylo) and not Blake Hayes (Peter Brown). So, we will have to wait and see what “SINN” has decided to name their son.
