The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will hold out hope that her baby belongs to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Steffy’s counting on this child to seal her future with Finn, but she’ll welcome her little one with open arms no matter what.
Now that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) knows Steffy’s pregnant, she’ll need to break the news to Finn as well. Steffy will have to admit to Finn that she can’t be certain of who the father is – not without a paternity test.
Regardless of who this baby belongs to, Steffy betrayed Finn with Liam – and that’ll be difficult for the doc to get past. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn will show fans a more forceful side of himself. Finn probably isn’t going to be as understanding about this betrayal as Steffy would like!
At the same time, B&B writers may not want to throw away Finn and Steffy’s love story completely. A lot of work went into building it up, so why ditch it now? It’d be better for The Bold and the Beautiful to offer a way to bring Steffy and Finn back together.
Perhaps another medical crisis could be on the horizon for Steffy – this time, one that focuses on her baby. The longer Steffy has this bun in the oven, the more she’ll embrace being a mom again and giving Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) a younger sibling.
Despite the complex circumstances, this baby will truly be a blessing as Steffy and Liam discussed.
Steffy has had a miscarriage before, so she’ll be terrified if she experiences pain and spotting down the road. We might see Steffy fear she’s going to lose another baby, but here’s where Finn can step into hero mode once again.
Finn might rush Steffy to the hospital with this baby health crisis and make sure she’s in good hands. He could stay right by Steffy’s side and help her through this scary ordeal.
Whether that baby belongs to Finn or not, he’ll care about the survival of Steffy’s child. This is the kind of experience that could strengthen Steffy and Finn’s bond once more.
