The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will get some shocking news that leaves her scrambling to get to the hospital. Hope will help with a body identification, though B&B has obviously been rather misleading with the info they released.
Hope doesn’t really even know Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero), so it’s not like she’ll actually be needed to help identify his body. Instead, Hope will probably just be on hand to give Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) support as he tackles this challenge.
Thomas was certainly angry and disappointed with Vinny over the paternity test tampering, but he’s been friends with Vinny for decades. Since Vinny was Thomas’ best buddy for so long, it’ll be hard for Thomas to see him all mangled and cold in the morgue.
Thomas may be listed as an emergency contact if Vinny has no family around. It may be tough for Thomas to even think about seeing Vinny dead, so he might call Hope for backup.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say emotions will pour out as the victim’s identity is confirmed. That task may fall on Thomas, who should be the one releasing his emotions and leaning on Hope in the aftermath.
This could bring an opportunity for Hope and Thomas to strengthen their bond. Hope may feel drawn to grieving Thomas as she tries to comfort him.
This could also put Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) in a tight spot since he’ll be hiding what really happened out on the road – at least from his perspective.
Liam may struggle since he’ll have this huge secret and will still have to watch Thomas use Vinny’s death to pull Hope closer.
It’ll be a tough dilemma for Liam, who may not want to call too much attention to himself by raising a fuss. At the same time, Liam won’t want to let Thomas take advantage of the situation.
This could set the stage for Hope to find out what Liam’s hiding and fly off the handle eventually. Hope surely won’t be happy about the cover-up that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will talk Liam into!
