The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thursday, April 22 Recap – Thomas the Fill-In Daddy – Bill Wants to Jet Liam Out of Town

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, April 22, reveals that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) was distraught as he shouted about killing a man. Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) life was over, so Liam felt his own life was over, too. For all Liam knew, the police could be right outside Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) door.

Bill insisted the cops weren’t out there and that no one would find out. “What have I done?! Oh, what have I done?!” Liam groaned in response on Thursday’s Bold and the Beautiful episode.

At the cabin, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) found out Liam turned down time with the kids and agreed that was weird. Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) insisted it was so unlike Liam and once again texted in hopes that Liam would come over eventually.

Back with Liam, he told Bill about Hope wanting to see him. Liam just wasn’t up to it right now – and Bill pointed out how much was at stake. He felt Liam was saying so much without saying a word and pushed Liam to hide how sick he was feeling.

Liam once again whined that he couldn’t do this. He explained Charlie Webber’s (Dick Christie) prank earlier and how rattled he’d been. Bill felt like Liam had the opposite of a poker face and insisted that it was like “guilty” was tattooed on his son’s forehead.

Bill wanted Liam to do whatever it took to wipe that guilty look off his face, but Liam didn’t think that was possible until he confessed. Bill eventually suggested they needed to get Liam out of there for a while. He pitched the idea of firing up the jet and taking Liam somewhere.

Bill felt Liam was a ticking time bomb, but Liam refused to leave since his wife and kids were there. That irritated Bill since Liam felt too guilty to spend time with his family and too guilty to leave them, too. “You have got to get your head right, son!” Bill yelled.

Liam cried about his poor kids looking up to him and counting on him. He insisted he wasn’t worthy of them and that he was ruining everything. Liam asked Bill what hope he had for a future.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) showed up at the cabin and got updates on Hope’s concerns about Liam. Thomas was still trying to deal with the news that Vinny was gone and brought Ridge up to speed on Deputy Chief Bradley Baker’s (Dan Martin) questions at the office.

Ridge was hopeful about the hit-and-run driver being caught and brought to justice. Hope suggested that maybe they’d find out it was a horrible accident, but Thomas pointed out the person fled the scene and that meant there’d be a price to pay. Thomas vowed to make sure they caught the guy who killed his friend.

Later, Hope was in disbelief that Liam didn’t come over to tuck in the kids. Thomas felt there had to be some explanation and offered reassurance. Hope was grateful to Thomas for pitching in lately and reading the kids stories.

Thomas suggested that any moment he got to spend with Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) was incredible. He felt that Beth had become his little pal and added that Beth could always count on him. Thomas said that went for Hope, too.

“Whatever you need, you can always rely on me. I’ll never go MIA,” Thomas promised. It seems like Thomas is already sliding right in as a fill-in daddy to Beth, so Liam had better hope he stays out of prison!

At Forrester Creations on Thursday’s B&B episode, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) thought back on Quinn Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) advice before Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) entered. Carter was changing his shirt, so Zoe joked about coming in at just the right time.

Carter wondered what he could do for Zoe, so she insisted that was a loaded question. She was hoping to get their relationship back on track, so Carter mentioned Quinn speaking to him on Zoe’s behalf.

Carter acknowledged that Quinn made some valid points about needing intimacy – and that was definitely something Zoe wanted to get back.

Zoe missed Carter’s smile, having him hold her in his arms and making love. She knew she screwed up, but she was hopeful that one day Carter would want to hold her again.

At the Forrester mansion, Quinn pointed out that it’d been a long time since Eric Forrester (John McCook) had made love to her. She wanted to spend the night rediscovering each other and their passion, but Eric insisted he had a big day tomorrow and was off to bed.

Quinn put on the black lingerie from their wedding night and pointed out they couldn’t keep their hands off each other back then. Eric remembered and admired Quinn as she said she wanted to show him what they’ve both been missing.

Although Eric admitted Quinn was stunning, he couldn’t get past how easily she tried to undermine Ridge and Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) marriage.

Eric knew Quinn regretted her actions, but he also felt this was who she was and that she would do something like that again.

Quinn wanted to prove herself tonight, tomorrow and every day after that. She wanted to prove how devoted she was to their marriage, but Eric argued that he had a travel day tomorrow and needed his rest. Quinn covered up and looked miserable as she sat on the bed alone.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Quinn will keep trying to reconnect with Eric in the bedroom, but she’ll face more obstacles along the way. CDL will have tons of other great Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, updates and news, so make us your go-to B&B source.
