The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, September 16, reveals that Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) special delivery got Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) alone. Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) also offered a crucial warning, so here’s what happened on Thursday’s B&B episode.
At Forrester Creations, Quinn insisted that Eric wasn’t thinking about what he wanted. Eric was thinking about what he was willing to do to give Quinn a life of passion and desire.
Carter moved in close and pointed out that if they gave into their feelings, it could get very complicated. Quinn and Carter wound up pulling back when Wyatt walked in, so he wondered if he was supposed to just ignore the fact that they literally jumped away from each other.
Wyatt argued that he’d walked on them before – and this didn’t exactly look like they were crunching numbers! However, Quinn insisted that she was devoted to her marriage to Eric. She said she had to make sure she was giving Eric everything he needed from her.
Wyatt just knew how great Eric and Quinn were together. He didn’t want Quinn to take anything for granted, especially since it was miraculous that she even got another chance.
Carter argued that Eric’s first thought was always everyone else – and Quinn agreed that Eric was a remarkable man who was willing to do everything to make her feel happy and fulfilled.
Wyatt hoped Quinn would do the same for her husband. “Whatever Eric needs, whatever he asks you to do…just do it,” Wyatt said.
In the main office, Eric wasn’t interested in discussing his personal life with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), but Ridge pressured his dad anyway. He didn’t think Eric’s reunion was all candlelight and fireworks.
Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) arrived and pointed out that Eric actually seemed more troubled since he reconciled with Quinn. She wondered why that was, but Eric once again pushed both Ridge and Brooke to let this go.
Brooke felt something was obviously wrong, and Ridge agreed since it was magical when they had their own “Bridge” reunion.
When Brooke suggested that maybe Eric didn’t feel the same love and passion after Quinn’s betrayal, Eric said it was easy to judge from the outside looking in. Brooke countered that they weren’t judging, but Eric disagreed.
Eric argued that his marriage was his business and that he’d handle things with Quinn. He wanted this to be the end of it, but Ridge and Brooke remained worried.
Afterward, Eric found a distracted Quinn and reminded her that he could still offer fulfilment. He handed over an envelope with sensitive material so that Quinn could take it to Carter at home – clearly knowing what he was sending her to do.
While Eric made himself a drink at the Forrester mansion and gazed at his wife’s portrait, Quinn showed up at Carter’s door. Carter and Quinn stared at each other pensively once he opened up.
At the cliff house, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) suggested they had a lot to be proud of today. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) agreed and talked about how she’d wanted a blended family like this for so long.
What Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) said about Steffy never being happier was true – and it was all because of Finn.
Finn hinted about taking Steffy to the bedroom as their make-out session escalated. However, Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) walked in – causing Steffy and Finn to pull apart awkwardly.
Paris was so sorry since she knew the newlyweds hadn’t had much time to be alone.
After Paris asked about Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), Steffy said Finn made it clear to his birth mom that she wasn’t welcome. Even so, Steffy wanted to stay on guard and needed Paris to say something if Sheila came around.
Paris was apologetic for even bringing Sheila up, but Steffy added it was important for Sheila to stay out of their lives for good this time.
