The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Tuesday, June 29 Recap – Quinn’s Portrait Gloating, Bans Brooke – Steffy’s Water Breaks

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, June 29, reveals that Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) did some smug portrait gloating and tried to ban Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) from her home. Meanwhile, Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) water broke, so let’s discuss the action in Tuesday’s B&B episode.

At home, Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) shared some lovey-dovey moments before Steffy felt a flutter. She downplayed it before Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) stopped by and mentioned Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) vow renewal with Quinn.

Steffy wasn’t interested in going and soon exclaimed she had a legitimate reason not to. Finn and Ridge were excited upon learning that Steffy was having contractions.

Ridge joked around by throwing around baby names like Bubba and Diesel before telling Steffy he was so proud. He commented on Steffy having a man by her side who adored her and insisted Steffy deserved this.

Once Ridge left, Steffy called the nanny to check on Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Colette Gray) and turned her attention back to Finn. Soon after, Steffy’s water broke – leaving Finn thrilled over his baby boy coming into the world.

At Forrester Creations, Quinn confronted Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) about what he was thinking by agreeing to officiate at the ceremony.

Carter was put on the spot and couldn’t say no, but Quinn argued he could say no now. She pushed Carter to say he was sick or come up with some other excuse, but Carter refused.

Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) overheard and confronted Quinn about the vow renewal. She also thought it was disrespectful for Carter to officiate, but Quinn warned Paris to keep her opinions to herself.

Quinn added that if Paris couldn’t commit to keeping the secret, maybe she shouldn’t come to the house today.

Once Quinn left, Paris struggled to understand how Carter ever got involved with Quinn in the first place. She didn’t get how they were drawn to each other and didn’t take Carter to be the kind of guy who did casual hookups.

Paris wanted Carter to level with her when it came to his true feelings for Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes), so Carter was surprised that she still doubted his love for her sister.

Carter reminded Paris that he was broken up with Zoe when the Quinn thing happened. He pushed for time to prove how much Zoe meant to him and asked Paris to keep the secret.

Paris acknowledged it was complicated for her since Eric was being conned into a vow renewal by a woman who cheated on him.

At the Forrester mansion, Brooke thought that Quinn would’ve screwed up and been banished by now. She wondered if Eric had reconsidered the vow renewal, but Eric stood by Quinn.

Brooke understood Quinn’s edgy appeal if Eric was into that sort of thing, but also pointed out that Quinn was manipulative, sneaky and a liar.

Eric was done trying to explain his undeniable connection with Quinn, but he assured Brooke there was no need to worry about him. Although Brooke didn’t want to offend Eric, she admitted she was concerned about him putting his precious heart in Quinn’s hands.

Quinn listened nearby as Brooke ranted about Eric blindly supporting his wife. She just didn’t know how Eric could believe in Quinn. Eric insisted he had no reason to doubt Quinn’s love and commitment to their marriage.

Before he dashed off to make calls and work on his vows, Eric suggested maybe Brooke shouldn’t come to the ceremony if she couldn’t support him. He kissed Brooke’s cheek and walked away – leaving Quinn to do her worst to the enemy!

Quinn insisted Brooke shouldn’t be there today or any day for that matter. She was appalled over Brooke coming in her home to disparage her and disrespect her marriage. “You shouldn’t set foot in my house ever again,” Quinn declared.

Brooke corrected Quinn that it was Eric’s house – a Forrester family home. She argued that if Quinn hadn’t tricked Eric into thinking she was a good person, Quinn never would’ve been allowed in the front door.

Brooke added that one day Eric would wake up and realize he made a terrible mistake by marrying Quinn, but Quinn suggested Brooke could believe that if it made her feel better.

Next, Brooke questioned the sudden push for the vow renewal and wondered if it was because Quinn had betrayed Eric in the past.

The way Brooke saw it, Quinn was just playing the role of the good wife. Brooke didn’t believe Quinn was capable of change and thought Quinn would let Eric go if she really loved him.

Quinn didn’t care what Brooke thought and argued that Eric’s opinion was the only one that mattered.

After gesturing to the portrait behind Brooke, Quinn pointed out that hers was the one up there – not Stephanie Forrrester’s (Susan Flannery), not Brooke’s.

Quinn made it clear that she was Eric’s wife and would be renewing her vows with him today. “And there’s not a damn thing you can do about it, Brooke,” Quinn snapped.
