The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, September 7, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) awaited Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) test results, but Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) had an outburst at the hospital and insisted it was all a manipulative act.
At Forrester Creations on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Steffy explained that Sheila showed up at the cliff house and passed out.
Steffy added that Finn took Sheila to the hospital, so Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was outraged. He thought this was “classic Sheila Carter” and knew Sheila had to be faking it.
Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) agreed that everything Sheila did was calculated, but Steffy vowed to make sure Finn was never manipulated by that monster again and headed to the hospital.
Ridge fumed about Sheila getting desperate, but Brooke argued that the doctors would do a bunch of tests and see that there was nothing physically wrong with her.
Ridge wanted Sheila to “rot in hell” and worried how Sheila would try to influence Hayes’ life once he was older.
Brooke said they had to deal with it, but Brooke pointed out that they thought they did – and now Sheila was back!
Brooke was concerned about the ties Sheila had to Steffy through Finn and Hayes, which concerned Ridge as well.
Ridge argued that Sheila was obsessed with the Forrester family and called her “whacked.” He felt they had to deal with Sheila once and for all.
Meanwhile, Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) found a rather flirty model with Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz), who got some advice from Paris about the design.
Zende worried about Steffy and Finn’s marriage since they were already fighting as newlyweds – and Finn was already living in the guest house.
Paris shrugged that was what Steffy wanted, but Zende corrected her since what Steffy wanted was Sheila out of their lives. Instead, Steffy came home to find Sheila holding her baby boy.
Paris defended Finn since his dad pressured him and felt like Steffy needed to realize how lucky she was to have a guy like Finn in her life.
After Paris suggested guys like Finn were few and far between, Zende said he was standing right there!
Zende suggested that if Paris kept talking like this, he’d start thinking she had a crush on the good doctor.
“Oh, please!” Paris exclaimed. She insisted Finn was Steffy’s husband, but she added she wouldn’t be treating Finn that way if he were her own husband.
Paris understood that things were complicated, but she pointed out that Finn couldn’t help who his birth mother was.
At the hospital, the nurse teased Finn about hovering over her while she checked vitals. Finn apologized and admitted the patient was his mother, so Sheila smirked a bit.
Finn also told Sheila he was so sorry for what he said and worried he caused Sheila’s collapse.
Although Finn wanted to honor Steffy’s wishes, he couldn’t bear the thought of losing the birth mother he just found. “I can’t lose you,” Finn said.
Sheila pretended to wake up, so Finn assured “Mom” that he was right there with her.
The last thing Sheila remembered was Finn cutting her out of his life along with Hayes Forrester Finnegan’s life, but she marveled that Finn didn’t leave her. “You stayed by your mother’s side,” Sheila whispered.
After Finn assured Sheila that he’d be back, he informed the nurse that the patient was awake.
When Steffy showed up, Finn let her know that it looked like Sheila was going to be OK.
“What do you mean she’s going to be OK? There was nothing wrong with her in the first place!” Steffy snapped. Finn argued that Steffy didn’t see what he saw, so Steffy urged him to tell her what he saw then.
However, Finn didn’t have time right now and pointed out that Sheila just regained consciousness.
Steffy wanted to see Sheila, so Finn allowed it – though he warned her to please not say or do anything that would upset her.
Finn said that Sheila may have fallen asleep, but Steffy said that Sheila could fake that, too – and Sheila indeed faked it once she overheard.
“Seems fine to me,” Steffy said after glaring at Sheila. Finn reminded Steffy that he was a doctor, but she insisted it was all for show and that the test results would prove it was an act.
Steffy knew Finn was in a tough position, but she wanted him to see through Sheila’s manipulation tactics and pushed him to walk away from all this.
“Damn you, Steffy!” Sheila thought to herself. She internally begged Finn not to listen to Steffy and urged him not to leave his mother.
