The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, April 9, teases that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will have to try to get a grip. B&B fans know Liam basically had a panic attack over his guilt and the realization of just how bad this is.
Liam’s freaking out to the extreme thanks to Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) decision to cover their tracks instead of going to the cops.
However, Bill and Liam can’t keep up this argument forever. At some point, Liam will have to commit and decide he’s indeed in too deep to back out. That doesn’t mean Liam won’t waffle on that choice later.
After all, Liam is a waffler in love stories and will inevitably be one when it comes to this hit-and-run accident, too.
Nevertheless, Liam may dial down his talk about going to the police and try to trust Bill on this. It’s a mistake to believe Bill when he says he’s got it handled, but Liam won’t know what else to do.
Perhaps Bill will finally convince Liam to calm down and start figuring out how he’s going to behave normally with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
Liam’s text message was only a temporary solution since he simply told Hope he couldn’t make it to lunch. Hope’s going to wonder why when they eventually do meet up.
Liam will have to settle on an excuse and learn how to wipe that guilty look off his face. Maybe Liam will get some coaching from Bill as he prepares to pretend in this harsh new reality.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Bill will realize he’ll have to watch Liam closely and continue to take the lead on this. Bill will continue to view Liam as innocent and someone in need of protection.
Bill thinks it’s his job as a dad to keep Liam out of prison and with his family, so he’ll resolve to break every rule in the book if it comes down to it. The lies will definitely start to pile up soon!
As for Hope, she’ll face some startling updates and make an urgent trip to the hospital. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope will ultimately arrive at the morgue to pitch in on identifying Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) body.
Hope didn’t know Vinny all that well, so she’ll no doubt be doing this for Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) sake. Thomas is going to need a support system once John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) offers news about Vinny’s demise.
Hope will get called in for backup, so she can be a source of comfort as Thomas sees Vinny’s corpse and confirms it’s indeed the pal he’s known since grade school.
It’ll be brutal since Thomas washed his hands of his friend recently and considered Vinny dead to him already.
Thomas couldn’t have predicted that Vinny would get mowed down on that dark road, so he’ll face some devastating moments as Friday’s episode reaches its conclusion. Monday’s scenes on April 12 will continue this heartbreaking victim identification, so keep watching for more gripping drama.
