The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, May 24, tease that Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) anger will be set to blow, so she’ll want to make Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) suffer. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will also have to consider his next move now that Hope knows what really happened.
For starters on Monday’s B&B episode, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) will keep trying to nudge Bill in the direction of sympathy. He gets that Thomas isn’t Bill’s favorite person and has acknowledged that Bill had excellent reasons to loathe Vinny, too.
However, Vinny was a human being with feelings who had people who loved him – including Thomas. Wyatt will think the least Bill could do is stop practically gloating over Vinny’s gruesome fate.
It’s pretty uncalled under any circumstances, but it’s particularly true due to the grim secret Bill’s keeping.
Nevertheless, Bill will stand his ground when it comes to thinking Vinny was a nobody who had it coming. Wyatt will find it troubling that Bill can’t come up with an ounce of pity for Thomas, who’s clearly grieving a tough loss right now.
Bill’s harsh attitude about Vinny will serve as a hint for Wyatt, who’ll probably realize this ties in with what Bill and Liam were fighting about. We’ll see Wyatt inch closer to the truth, but it doesn’t look like he’ll quite get there – not yet anyway.
Wyatt may even jump to the wrong conclusion and guess that Bill ran over Vinny in a quest for vengeance.
Regardless, Bill will land in a tight spot – and another one’s coming up once Hope can get to him. Hope will be busy seething at the cabin, where Liam has just revealed that Bill fled the accident site while he was passed out.
Hope will determine that Bill’s to blame for Liam’s nightmare, especially when she hears how Bill destroyed all the proof in the aftermath. Bill made matters worse because covering up implies that there was something to feel guilty about.
It’s not going to look like an accidental death if Liam goes to the cops now.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will want to discuss what happens next. Now that Hope’s part of the secret circle, it changes things.
Hope will be complicit if she keeps her mouth shut, but she’ll also be terrified at the thought of losing Liam to a lengthy prison stint.
Liam and Hope will eventually table this discussion since there’ll be a more important task to concentrate on – at least that’s how Hope will feel in this moment. She’ll be beside herself over all the emotions that are surging inside.
Hope will feel rage most of all, so she’ll storm out of the cabin and head straight for Bill’s office soon enough. B&B spoilers say Hope will want to give Bill a piece of her mind for causing so much chaos for Liam.
