The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Thursday, July 8, teases that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will have a wild story to tell after Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) comes to his rescue, but he’ll need to get out of that cage first! Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will also have a showdown as Thomas’ dad fights for the truth, so let’s discuss all the action.
Hope gaped in shock as she overheard Thomas pushing Justin to let him go free.
Hope just realized Justin has been holding Thomas captive in the basement of Spencer Publications, so she’ll have to keep quiet and avoid detection. Fortunately, Justin won’t stay down there with his hostage for much longer.
Once Justin exits and heads back up to Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) office, that’ll give Hope an opportunity to approach Thomas and lift his spirits.
Thomas will be ecstatic at the sight of Hope and will no doubt be impressed that she solved the mystery.
Hope won’t be able to make sense of the situation at all, but Thomas will promise to explain everything. Of course, there’ll be plenty of time for Thomas to tell his crazy tale after he’s free.
Thomas may coach Thomas on how to get him out of there – or maybe Hope will be the one who has an idea and gets the job done on her own.
Whatever the case, Hope will get the cage open and make a quick getaway with Thomas by her side. B&B spoilers say Hope will find out why Thomas was locked up as the week winds down.
Thomas will reveal the truth about Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) suicide within the next episode or two, so Hope’s in for another shock.
As for Ridge, he’ll express his distrust of Justin during a fierce faceoff. Justin and Ridge will lash out at each other in Bill’s office, where Ridge will basically accuse Justin of being involved in Thomas’ disappearance.
Ridge will mention that Justin was the last person who interacted with Thomas, but Justin won’t think Ridge can really know that.
Regardless, Ridge will feel confident Justin knows more than he’s letting on. He’ll work to find out Thomas’ whereabouts, so the pressure will rise for Justin.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Justin will have an explosive outburst and most likely add to Ridge’s suspicions.
It won’t be long until Thomas escapes with Hope’s help, so he’ll be able to tell his curious dad where he’s been and what Justin’s done! We’ll bring you updates as other news rolls in.
