The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for the week of July 5-9 teases that Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) phone will ring in Justin Barber’s (Aaron D. Spears) new office and give Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) a new clue. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will also meet Baby Hayes Finnegan, so this proud grandpa will be over the moon.
For starters, Eric Forrester (John McCook) will face a mixture of heartbreak and fury as he puts Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) on full blast. Quinn’s betrayal will destroy her life, but she won’t be the only one suffering.
Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) will step up to tell Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) that Carter landed in bed with Quinn, so that’ll convince Zoe to dump her fiancé and leave LA.
Justin has taken over Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) office as part of his vengeful scheme, but he really should’ve gotten rid of Thomas’ phone. That careless mistake will cost Justin since Hope will come around asking too many questions.
Hope won’t think Justin’s claims about Thomas leaving town add up, so she’ll call Thomas and become even more perplexed when his phone is there with Justin.
This will lead to the discovery of a lifetime when Hope goes down into the Spencer Publications basement. Hope will move along behind Justin – careful to avoid detection.
Once Justin lets his hostage rot alone again, Hope will rush over and desperately fight to get Thomas’ cage open.
Thomas will eventually share how Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) unblocked number resulted never-before-seen texts and a suicide video.
Hope will discover that Vinny was mentally disturbed enough to throw himself in front of that car with Liam behind the wheel. She’ll want the authorities to hear about the frame job ASAP.
Other B&B spoilers say Justin will suggest a bad legal tactic from Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) perspective, so Wyatt will object on Bill and Liam’s behalf.
As for Ridge, he’ll find a reason to grill Justin about Thomas’ whereabouts, but Justin obviously won’t reveal anything about the captivity drama.
Ridge will ultimately turn his attention to the happier task of meeting his grandson for the first time.
That’ll bring some special moments, but Ridge and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will fret over Thomas not joining in the family fun. It’ll seem like Thomas is caught up in something beyond his control.
Fortunately, Thomas will be a free man soon thanks to Hope. Liam’s stay in a more permanent prison should also be derailed once Hope works fast for her husband’s sake! We’ll provide updates as other B&B news emerges.
